Thank you for letting us know about this and apologies if there was any confusion or disappointment in your received quotes, or if your expectations were not met on price. I and a colleague I checked with at SolarQuotes would advise that is a particular extreme price. “Asked for 3 quotes. 2 made contact 1 of those 2 quoted for a whole system. When I pointed out I only wanted 4 panels, I received no reply. The second sent email and called. We set up a second call to get more details and arrange a time for visit. Didn't happen. So I have wasted my time for absolutely no result.
Thank you. Instead of wasting time on Surveys, maybe focus on Service. Not 2000s Service but Real Customer Service from the 70s. Your Survey doesn't even ask the right questions.”

I tend to agree - if a customer really wants a battery I do believe they should get one. There are other factors at play like blackout protection. What i'll do in this scenario is e-mail you some additional installers to chat with. They will be more than happy to install a battery - and will also do a great job : ).
I'll also follow up with your matched installers about their sales techniques to alleviate this issue in the future.

Thank you for returning my phone call this afternoon - it seems like their might be some confusion as one of the installers you mentioned that had contacted you is not actually a client of ours, it may have been through another quoting service. Nevertheless I have spoken to the installer who couldn't help you as they left a note on your request - they didn't work with your existing inverter type. You advised you were not looking for a quote any more as a battery didn't make economical sense for you but if you do change your mind i'd be happy to help.
