Thank you for letting us know about this and for having a chat with me on the phone about it. As discussed, the area of service for your matched installer was unintentionally larger and should not have covered your area, for this we apologise. The area has now been rectified.
To find an installer on Flinders Island - what I might recommend is checking out https://www.cleanenergycouncil.org.au/consumers/buying-solar/find-an-installer whereby you can input your postcode and perhaps find a company to assist.

Hi Peter,
Apologies for any frustration our EV charger quote process has caused. Unfortunately the company you were matched with for an EV Charger, were not quite ready or set up for EV charger installs. This should have properly been communicated to you and I've removed them from being matched with users of our site looking for EV Charger quotes and let the installer know to take greater care of the potential customers we send them.
Was glad to hear you independently found an installer that we do recommend :)
