Normally these messages come straight to me but due to how our contact page is set up (https://www.solarquotes.com.au/contact/) our wording was not clear and I did not see it until I saw your review. I was glad to hear Empower had sorted out your deposit by the time I chatted to you over the phone and that you were going with another of our recommended installers. I have had a chat with Empower about brands sold and returning deposits promptly.
