Did not deliver what was promised when entering my details. 3 Quotes from verified installers? Haha you bang on about ensuring you don't use comboys for installation Solar Quotes are the biggest cowboys. Dont go believe their BS find your own installers. That is what Solar Quotes expects me to do is make contact with the rubbish installers they provided because the installerscant be botheref providing quotes.Just another data farmer company.

I’ve followed up directly with the two installers who didn’t get back to you and asked for some answers. I’ve also sent you an email, just in case there’s anything else you'd like to share that might help us improve or help you out further.
We do our best to work with good, responsive companies, sometimes this doesn't go to plan. When that happens, any further info you could provide will be do a great deal in helping us improve.

“No local quotes, closest was 300km away. People who did quote would not come and inspect first for a complex situation so had no idea of setup and would have been a disaster. Not worth using solar quotes if you are not in a major city.”

Apologies about your experience here - as you were in a rural area we were limited on the installers we could recommend you at the time of your request. Generally those installers will do a home visit but in this case they were not able to provide it. I have spoken to them about offering home visits in the future. There is another installer I have in mind for your install that I will put you in contact with, I'm hoping they will be able to assist you.
I've also spoken to my team about sourcing installers in your area so we can mitigate this issue in the future - thank you to alerting this to us as it only helps.
