“Recently I approached Solar Quotes requesting a single quote for a Canberra company recommended for the system I required which is for a difficult roof due to cathedral ceilings and therefore difficult cabling..
I was referred to Stag Electrical and on contacting them with my requirements utilising Enohase IQ8 inverters.
Shortly after I received a quote without a site survey which I had requested.
I then contacted Stag Electrical requesting a site survey and shortly after I was advised a Technician would attend in a few days time at 7am in the morning . (A bit early for customer relation I'd say)
I climbed on the roof with the Tech and together we worked out the installation problems re wiring back to meter area but the Tech said it was difficult but he said he would "Accept the Challenge" and together we worked out basically how to do it.
Some days after I had to chase up the Company contact I had and received in vague terms that they basically could not offer me a "Proposal"
I then recontacted the Company Rep to get clarification and was told "they had decided not to do it"
So as a result I am now going to reach out to another local Installer to come and survey the site as Stag Electrical obviously only want to do "Easy Installs"
