“So far so good we have contracted with one of the recommended installers who was very proffessional throughout the process. We are hopeful that we have made the right decision unlike 13 years ago having contracted with a fly by night company just cashing in on the initial hype of solar installation.”
“I contacted SolarQuotes 2 weeks ago aboutinstallingasolarbattery. Within hours I had my first contact from an installer, and Within 3 days I had 2 more. Although the quality and quantity of information available from each installer varied, I was able to review and accept a quote within 4 or 5 days.
I had one slightly negative experience with one of the installers which I fed back to SolarQuotes, and they promised to follow it up.
I had a follow-up email from SolarQuotes a week after my initial enquiry to ensure that I had received the 3 quotes I had requested.
Overall I was very impressed by the service and follow-up from SolarQuotes.”
“SolarQuotes always provide great and valued information on the permutations and offerings for solar systems.
I have been investigating adding batteries to an existing system for a while but it never seems to cost in for the Return on Investment vs the life of the batteries. But with energy prices going up and feeding tariff going down (or even siggestions of charging customers to feed into the grid!), then I'm now looking at battery storage and requested 2 additional quotes. If anything, I've been contacted by too many providers offering solutions. Its always difficult to know that you are going to have to disappoint a number of companies that quote as their can only be one winner. SolarQuotes is always my goto site for all things solar”
“SolarQuotes removes the stress out of navigating the maze of offers on the market today. The INFORMATION required to make an informed decision about WHO, WHAT, WHY, HOW MUCH, etc is all available at your fingertips on their web site. For me, making a significant investment in solar, demands my time and research to make the right decision. With SolarQuotes I have, just 2 days ago, signed up to an awesome solar solution for my home, the installer is already working and keeping me informed, the products are selected, and all on SolarQuotes recommended, and Guaranteed list. Confidence and peace of mind! Awesome. I will update following project delivery... so exciting. Paul”
“As promised 3 reputed company from South Australia has contacted and provided their best service and quotes also follow ups. I have made a contract and paid deposit to one of them. Service was seamless. As my house is till under construction hopefully solar and battery pack will go in December 2025. So far so good looks promising. Thanks for that.”
“All the information on the solar quotes website was very helpful. I’ve got three quotes from reputable installers and have chosen one of those to install battery and inverter.”
“It is helpful to get recommendations. Backed up by your reviews and videos it is a Godsend. One of the companies I had got a quote from some time back and I was not happy with the approach. My difficulty is my current panels sit atop a fantastic tilt system which no company today is willing to use. I am about to contact the tilt system manufacturer Sunlock and see if they have a list of compatible panels or devices that can make the frame flexible.
Many thanks for your service.”
“Very useful service and I found a great provider. I liked knowing who would be contacting me so I could screen out any junk calls and know who was a genuine provider.”
“The information on solar on the SolarQuotes website is really helpful. The three companies which were nominated to provide quotes all did so within 24 hours. Each sales agent was personable and helpful. However with solar there are many variables and while some of the quoters had similar costs and install similar equipment, it hasn't been easy to assess 'apples with apples'. Each suggested a different placement of panels on the roof, some said go battery, others said it is not necessary. Some say so big battery because the investment is long term. I would prefer face to face discussion and I will not deal with anyone who is not prepared to do a site visit before I sign anything. Some had their own installers, some not. All covered the Ipswich area but most were not local. There are so many companies providing solar installation services, I became a bit overwhelmed so I am still thinking about it and may use one of the companies yet, but I am not yet over the line on any of the quotes. Mostly their company reviews were good, but there was enough to make me think long and hard about which company to choose. Using Solarquotes was an excellent way to start the process though and its website has a lot of useful information.”
