"Responded very promptly to request for 3 quotes for a heat pump hot water system when our gas hot water system failed. All 3 referenced companies got back to us quickly, 2 supplier\/installers with very comparible competitive quotes on our selected system. Ended up choosing the one of these two who could install the soonest. Company was a pleasure to deal with, and we had hot water back within a few days of receiving and accepting the quote. New system has so far proven to be free to run off our solar PV."

"Asked for three quotes for a Hot Water heat pump. Was contacted next day by two installers and a third contacted me a couple of days later. Was very happy with the detailed quotes from first two installers and went with one of the quotes and heat pump was installed in the followwing week. Third installer did not quote.\r\nInstalers arrived on time and installed the heat pump in a very professional way and explained how to operate the heat pump before leaving.\r\n"
