“I just received my Sternglass watch and I think I’m already in love.:) I ordered it on Saturday night and got it on Tuesday, so five stars for customer service. The watch is well made, sturdy yet elegant. It actually looks much more expensive than it actually is. Nena Grceva, Hungary”

“Nice watch, good looking - I like the design very much, but the movement makes noise when moving the wrist around, this could be of a better quality. But top-notch service by Sternglas.”

Dear Morten, thank you for your honest feedback. That your watch makes noises is not unusual - with some mechanical movements, these noises are even necessary. The reason for this is bearing play. There must be a small "air space" between the individual components. Without this, the parts cannot move freely and regularly. Because of these free spaces, the rotor is clearly audible during certain movements. We hope you like it nevertheless. Best wishes from Hamburg. :)
