Moin Mezen, thank you for your feedback! I see, everything has been resolved through customer service. :) I would have been very surprised if the glass of your watch could scratch - because we only use sapphire glass! Sapphire is the third hardest transparent material in the world - after diamond and moissanite. :) Curved sapphire crystal not only looks good, it makes the durable watch crystal even more resistant. This makes it virtually impossible for your sapphire crystal watch to get scratched in everyday life. ;D

“Very happy with the watch. Not so happy with the cross-sell in the ordering process (first trying to sell an extra strap, then after the sale offering the same strap with a discount). Also, very mixed communication in German and English. Would be great if you can change everything to English for non German customers.”

“I really appreciate that fine design is available at a price I can afford, and applaud the stated mission of the company. I hope the company persists with its innovative approach to the marketplace. I also appreciate their fair pricing and quick service for US customers. The Dollar-Euro exchange was seamless and the rate very close to public exchange. (This is not the norm for purchases from the US for other European products.) So thank you Sternglas, and I look forward to seeing further products from your workshops.”

Moin Ethan, thank you for your feedback! We deliberately omit the second hand in most Naos models as quartz watches because each additional feature of the watch affects battery life. The Naos excels precisely with its simple design and reliability :) However, we have considered that some customers desire a second hand. Therefore, our other quartz models have a second hand, and the new Naos Edition Sport does as well. :-)

“Bought the Naos Quartz in the 38mm version. For 200 euros Sternglas offers outsanding quality. The dial is splendid. I would recommend it”

“Ordered the Hamburg automatic a few days before Christmas. I like the minimalist Bauhaus design at an affordable daily wear price point and this item did not disappoint. Amazingly the order literally arrived 2 days later and before Christmas. The watch is as shown on the website and looks beautiful. Seconds hand does not line up perfectly but this fine by me as it indicates manual rather than machine assembly, and this does not impact watch accuracy. 4/5 rather than 5/5 due to strap quality, the strap is fine and comfortable I just wish it was a little bit more substantial and thicker, with a deployant clasp as I think it will wear out quickly at the buckle.”

“Love the watch and had many compliments . I’ve just changed the strap for my third one after quite a few years so no complaints there . However , this time I really struggled to make the change . Probably took me about 50 minutes while last time it was maybe 5. Don’t know why . Otherwise a five star review .”
