“The watch band fits my Fathers watch perfectly and is very comfortable, perfect for everyday use. My only issue was with the shipping company DHL. I know the are efficient and and a good company but in North America UPS or FedEx control most of the shipping market. I've had several items I ordered from Europe stolen, or "lost in transit" when shipped by DHL. My watch band was delayed for what they claim was a mistake in the address. Then it was sent to a pick up point instead of my home. After complaining it finally arrived three days late, unceremoniously tossed into the snow on my porch. My suggestion to Sternglas when shipping to North America? Don't use DHL as your shipper.”

“Esperienza di shopping online molto buona, anche se trattandosi di una modalità necessaria di cui l'azienda si è dovuta dotare per la vendita al di fuori di Germania e Austria, cioè dove esistono pochi o nessun rivenditore, sarebbe meglio che la procedura fosse perfetta: così non è stato. Infatti l'indirizzo di spedizione è stato rimaneggiato rispetto a quanto inserito nel sito e a quanto risulta dalla prima mail di conferma. Il nome e cognome del destinatario, cioè, è sparito e la spedizione, etichetta, mail di invio fattura e a seguire tutte quelle di DHL, da un certo momento hanno cominciato a riportare solo le informazioni riportate nel campo azienda c/o cui fare la spedizione, per cui nel mio caso C/O ANOVO SRL-MAGAZZINO. Poi, nel mio caso non ne è conseguito un vero grave problema, ma solo perché la consegna richiesta avveniva esattamente nel reparto di logistica dove lavora la persona incaricata che, opportunamente avvisata nel momento della consegna, ha potuto selezionare tutti i pacchi ricevuti dall'azienda da parte di DHL e risalire al mio. Non sempre però può funzionare così e il rischio quindi che il pacchetto venga smarrito, o peggio sottratto, sono molto elevate. Consiglio vivamente di rivedere la procedura.”

“The watches are enjoyable to ware. The quality, fit And finish are refined. The mid to lower mid quality of the movements could stand some upgrading . By improving the movement to higher level mechanisms, you will achieve a total balanced watch package. At the prices you are charging you could easily double or triple the cost of your movements. Raw premium movements are not all that costly.”

“Watches from Sternglas are sleek and stylish, and I think they look really good. I thought I could wear them casually as well as for formal occasions. After I received my Naos Automatic watch, I fell in love with the design, but I think the boxing, the packaging should be better. I thought I got a cheap watch from an unknown manufacturer when I opened the package. You need to reflect the look&feel of the watch&website everywhere.”

“Just received my Naos and frankly it's truly a beautiful watch. One criticism however, the date window is tiny and unreadable. It should be twice the size it is now. Other than that I love this timepiece.”

“I contacted the customer support team because my watch wasn't being sent out for a few days after my order and it was time sensitive for me. But then I received an email after 3 days with an apology and a voucher and the watch arrived on time after all.”

“My favourite watch for 50 years needed replacing. Bought a Sternglass… it’s big, it seems to slip round my wrist at any opportunity. The strap is too short.. but the new keeps time very well and looks good. Give me a few years and maybe I will then say it’s my favourite.”

“While the securing of, stabilizing of, and presentation of the watch(es) in the Sternglas box definitely needs a reimagining, the watches (I purchased the olive dial Berlin and the black dial Sedius) are wonderful. Also, the delivery was punctual.”

“As a Bauhaus watch collector, and owner of several Nomos, Sternglas designs are leading the way among all brands, while still in keeping with the timeless now nearly century old foundations of Bauhaus at its best. I have owned three Sternglas and quality control remains a frustrating issue. I suggest the company employ a liason in China to check watches at the assembly factory. Issues need to be corrected before watches are shipped to customers. The company works hard at providing good customer service.”
