“Habe die Uhr bei einem Zweithändler gekauft und das Milanese band direkt bei euch. Das design gefällt mir sehr, leider passt das Band auf der einen Seite nicht perfekt in die Halterung. Nach einem sehr netten Telefonat mit euren Kundenservice bin ich zu einem Juwelier um die Halterung etwas aufbiegen zu lassen, dieser wollte das aber nicht tun da er Angst hatte die Uhr dabei zu beschädigen. Werde die Uhr jetzt erstmal so verschenken und ggf. nochmal einen Juwelier aufsuchen. An und für sich bin ich sehr zufrieden, allerdings fände ich es toll wenn man jede Uhr direkt mit dem wunsch Armband bestellen könnte. Dann würde so etwas wahrscheinlich auch direkt auffallen.”

“Jony Ive said “ Manufactured objects testify to who made them. They describe values.” When I look closely at my new Sternglas Hamburg Automatic, it becomes instantly clear that Dustin Fontaine and his team care deeply for what they do. This watch is beautifully designed and expertly finished. In my opinion it compares with watches at much higher price points and is a remarkable value. To use the famous words of another world class designer Dieter Rams “Weniger, aber besser” or “Less but better”. I think the Sternglas Hamburg embodies this concept. Their customer service is excellent. I have a large wrist and was in need of a longer band. I sent an email thru their site and within hours I received a polite response with links to available options. They had the band I selected shipped to me the very next day with tracking information. I would recommend Sternglas to anyone looking for a beautiful timepiece.”

“You made the most beautiful and most stylish watch. I love Bauhaus style with its functional design. Original too with the copper and green. On top of this, Hamburg is my favourite city and together with the sailng theme, this watch is top!”

“Hi, habe mir endlich eine Uhr gegönnt. Und das bei STERNGLAS !!! Die in bronze gehaltene Hamburg Sonderedition. Sehr schöner Zeitmesser zu einem super Preis für diese starke Qualität. Die Lieferung erfolgte so schnell wie es ein Dienstleister schafft in zwei Tagen, war ja kein Express. “Was happy with the watch itself, but the leather strap started to come apart within a few months. When asked about it, they suggested replacing the strap every year. Bit frustrated that there is no mention of this on the website anywhere as I'd expect the strap to last longer.”

“The “Asthet automatic 40mm” is a magnificent watch ! Beautiful white bauhaus dial that curves up at its ends. The automatic movement is housed in a thin case of perfect proportions that make it seat nicely to any wrist! Both case back and crown have the bauhaus beautiful engraving of the brand. The black Leather strap is soft and comfortable. I also chose the light brown and coffee brown straps and I will keep them both. Nice design people ! Thank you.”

“Awesome customer service and high-quality watches! First I bought Ashtet 40mm, and it was a bit big for my wrist, then I ordered Selecta, which had a slightly longer delivery time, but it was worth it, since made me surprised by design and performance. I asked for a return of the first watch and Sarah helped me with that in a respectful and nice manner! Wish you the best of luck, Sternglass team!”
