“Scam! Stay away. You book a flight and you wait and wait. They take the money on your credit card but you don’t get the tickets. When I called them after more than 30 hours of waiting, they told me that the tickets are no longer available. It happened to me twice in a row on the same week with this company. I lost other deals while I was trying to sort this out and still have all those charges on my credit card. I usually don’t write reviews but I want to make sure others won’t make the same mistakes I made twice. 100% unsatisfied. They claims to have better price but they don’t deliver.”

“Minden tökéletes volt,tiszta és kényelmes.Ár érték arányban nagyon jó.Közel van minden,tényleg a város szívében van.Közel a Duna és a Váci utca. Szuper volt,hogy van csomagszoba,így ott tudtuk hagyni a csomagokat kiköltözéskor.”

“Overall they were really good they kept me updated on any changes that might have happened. They made sure to check in with me every few days to make sure. I would 10 out of 1 recommend using Snaptravel for your next traveling needs.”

“Snap Travel is awful!! We booked with them for an upcoming concert, a few days before concert the concert was rescheduled, I called Snap Travel to cancel and they wouldn't cancel, I explained the situation to the rep representative And she kept Telling me the same thing over and over, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me they couldn't transfer calls, I told her that was bull and to transfer me or give me the number for corporate she then said a supervisor would call, a little while later a supervisor called I explained what happened and she told me I had to call the hotel and have them give me a letter stating they cancelled the reservation; well apparently Snap Travel doesn't know what they are talking about and srill haven't done anything. They are absolutely terrible and I will not be using them ever again!”

“I love snap travel because they always beat booking, Expedia and all the other big names. I also received a $30 voucher to extend my stay once which was great because the room was only $62 so I was super excited”
