“I have stayed at this hotel previously and it's my to go to location. The location is great, food spots are less than 5 minutes away. Nice, friendly and the lady who checked me in even was able to give me a late check out. Reasonable price and my refund to hold money for incidentals was refunded immediately.”

“I was extremely happy to have found SnapTravel. I have used them now 3 times and have been very happy with not only the price. But also the selection of hotel options. It is also impressive how they keep in touch with you prior to and after your stay. I found the best prices on Snaptravel above all the other discounters. I look forward to booking my next stay with them.”

“I had never even heard of Snaptravel but found it on a list of hotel prices on google. They had the best price so I tried it. Their communications are awesome and I got the exact room they stated. I’ll use them more often for sure!!!”

“Lying crooks! Stole my money then lied, lied and then lied some more. Promised a full refund which never materialized. Then claimed no knowledge of cancellation, no notes from the agent assigned to and that agent didn't work there. Will reach all my business and social media network sites and steer them clear of these unethical thieves.”

“Snaptravel also does not forward any email/communication from the airline, e.g. online check in information, requests to update traveler information etc, so you have to deal with that when you are at the airport. After paying, I received a confirmation email with the e-tickets, and 2 days later an email from an unrelated email address that just said "your flight will now be operated by United", without refering to which flight this is about.”
