I have already called my credit card company because the room was not paid for. I called you twice and no one returned my phone call. I had to pay for the Room myself and I am calling the credit card company in the morning

Terrible to get a hold of and receive any answers. Made a mistake and put I wanted credit instead of a refund. I actually want a refund, but they won’t respond and send an automated reply. Then when I decide to use my credits to book a hotel room, they are unavailable to use. I just want my money back and I will book a room through another place. Super ridiculous!!! Don’t use!!

Somebody stole my credit card number and used it for this company after reading all the bad one star experiences, it seems that this company is not in business and just scams everybody in its path and is linked to fraudulent behavior

I booked a room through snap travel and when I arrived at my hotel they said the payment was never sent from snap travel even tho my card was fully charged the day before. The hotel left all their information to snap travel and I had to make a whole new reservation. When I called/emailed/texted to see what was going on with my reservation I could not reach anyone. I disputed it with my credit card company and snap travel said they would issue a refund and never did. Do not use them it is a scam

Hi there, ​ The reason we can not issue a refund is that you have filed a chargeback on this booking. Therefore, any compensation will have to come through your financial institution. We're sorry for the troubles caused.

Really poor customer service and a lack of proper remedial effort for genuine issues of mistake. I had booked a hotel using this site based on a recommendation and accidentally chose the wrong booking date. I edited my intended stay and the ticket showed that the stay had been updated. The next day I received a notification that my stay with the hotel was complete and the date had not been changed. Snaptravel was unwilling to budge on changing the date or even provide a gift voucher for a mistake by both sides. Furthermore, the respondent had terrible customer service skills and the corporate response was just as bad. Just a poor experience and really wish I had never even given these guys an opportunity.

Hi Keerthi, We've looked at the cancellation policy on your booking, and it's non-refundable, non-amendable. This means that we can't make any changes to the reservation, including changing the dates. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.

This is the worst company to book through, they are not willing to accommodate their customers and take your money and not want to give it back, even after the hotel agreed to refund with no fees. I am reporting this company to the better business. they also state that it will take 10+ business days for refund even if they grant you one. I would stay away from this company, you have been warned!!

I accidentally booked room for… I accidentally booked room for Batesville, MS instead of Batesville, AR. They would not transfer booking or refund. They denied my request to speak to a manager. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone-only text.

Never book through snaptravel or other third party sites. They are not responsive and you’ll never receive a refund.

My friend and I both booked rooms through snap travel for the same hotel and I was able to check in just fine, but my friend couldn't. So she booked straight through the hotel. The invoice from the hotel came back at $71.09/room but snap travel charged me $97.60. They said that prices fluctuate and they can't price match. So I basically lost $25 using snap travel. If they had a low price guarantee, I'd use them again. But I'll never use them or recommend them if they don't change that.

Ne pas se fier au avis positifs, réservation effectué sur cette plateforme avec assurance annulation, nous avons appelé l'hôtel pour annuler dans les délais. Au final nous avons payé une assurance pour rien, une nuit à l'hôtel pour rien et surtout en réponse finale nous ne pouvons rien faire. Tout simplement magique et surtout à fuir.... méfiez-vous avant de réserver

They wanted to charge me 30$ for a refund that the hotel agreed to. I am disputing the fee, after reading these reviews I really dont know if I will hear back from them. I should have read these reviews before booking with them.

Horrible company. You make a reservation and you call the hotel and they say no reservation under your name. They come up with all tons of excuses and say they can’t cancel the reservation which is illegal for services not rendered. Stay away from this scam.

They took the money actual hotel said they were no paid. They are scammers don't fall for them. I was shocked, very cunning when they get back to you by email, total rats, stir clear move on.

I work at a hotel in colorado I had a guest come to check in should of been an easy check in just get CC for incidentals and good to go instead the 3rd party card didnt work had to call to get another card # took 45 min for them to call me back and at that time they still didnt know what to do about the card. worst company to book a hotel thru do not use for any reason

Snaptravel sold a room that the hotel didn't have. We were sent to another property which was awful. They refused to take responsibility. Terrible service, bordering on fraudulent

Snaptravel can kiss my ass! I booked a hotel at the westgate resort in Orlando due to covid I couldn't stay there! I called snaptravel they told me to call the hotel for my refund I called the hotel they told me they would gladly give me my refund unfortunately they cant because I booked with snaptravel and to call them back and demand my refund! I called snaptravel back I ask to speak to the supervisor 4 different times and calls they lied and said the supervisor was in another call or he way on the other side of the building. Then they send me a email stating I cant get my $517 back! I called them and cursed them out! How in the hell I cant get my money back if I tried to cancel 3 days before staying and I they say I cant change the dates! What a scam! I called again and asked where did my money go if I didn't stay there and the hotel didn't charge me they are con artist! NEVER BOOK WITH THEM EVER!!!

somehow, I was directed to another site, where I thought I was booking a hotel I wanted to stay at - but was booked at a hotel in Greece - not Michigan! I'm not sure how that happened, but they will not refund my $89. After finally calling the hotel in Michigan to book by phone, the front desk person told me that they have had a ton of trouble with Snap Travel - and that she would never lower their rates to what I had originally booked at. She is going to try to help me get a refund - but please - DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They are crooks, and out to get your money. Very dangerous to use them.

Booked a hotel through them and due to medical reasons (pregnancy complications) I attempted to cancel 5 days before the trip. Not only was there no direct method for speaking to someone with this company- i had to fill out a form, they never did respond to my inquiry. When I sent another message to attempt to address the issue, I received robotic responses and no resolution. I will never book with them again.

Business trips straight from HELL!!!!!!! Drove from Newport Beach to Camarillo Outlets, reserved and paid for a room through this criminal scam of a so called booking site, got to the hotel and I couldn't check in. Had a huge problem with snap travels lack of human decency!!!!! Had court in the morning and was forced to sleep in my car!! No refund was given. They stole from me $160+!! 2 weeks later was issued a credit, tried to use credit, had to pay a little extra to reserve a room. Drove to San Diego from Newport Beach, went to check in and hotel overbooked, but snap travel assured me it was ok to check in.... Guess what?, I SLEPT IN MY CAR AGAIN🤬. A week later credit was finally issued. So again try and deserve a room paid extra again, asked snap travel about a deposit, snap travel said $10, ok cool. So drove to Las Vegas from yes you guessed it Newport Beach.....went to check in and Omfg!!!!!, snap travel LIED to my face!!!!!, deposit was way way more than $10!!! I couldn't check in!!!!!!😭 I had to sleep in my car again!! At this point I'm so heated feel my face getting hot!!!!!!! I cannot phantom how this thievery of company is still in business? I'm baffled! Im also befuddled, beside myself and freaking broke!!! This time they said they couldn't issue a credit, wait what you mean i can't get my money back? I paid out the wazzoo for these trips only to remain dirty and a hurt back from car sleeping!! You said it, I got f-ing screwed again... Needless to say I'm out over $200 per trip plus gas|travel money because of them. Not sure when this occurred but they think I eat green paper and poop money for a living. I want money back and this company shut down!!!!!!!! Not impressed with their Scandalous, honor less and lacking severe couth way of doing business!!!!!!!!
