If you could give a zero- that’s what I would rate them. They will steal your money- don’t use them. They took my money and never paid the hotel. When I reached out to their company, the phone just rang and rang. Finally, I contacted the BBB and someone responded back to me that it was after their “30 day” policy and they couldn’t refund the money they stole from me. DO NOT USE THEM!! They are not legitimate!!

I booked a hotel I was on my way to with snaptravel and when I went to check in I realized they booked it for the following weekend. They are refusing to cancel the incorrect booking!😡

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, LOST MORE THAN 400 £. SO I BOOKED WITH THEM HOTEL IN DUBAI, BUT HAD TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE OF COVID. SO I CONTACTED WITH THEM, WHICH WASN'T EASY, THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ME WITH ANY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER, ONLY WHATSUP, AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO REFUND, SO THEY OFFERED ME TO USE CREDIT POINTS FOR NEXT TRIP AND TOLD THAT I CAN BOOK ANY HOTEL AGAIN USING CREDIT POINTS, SO LATER ON I DID BOOK 2 HOTELS IN SCOTLAND FOR MY HOLIDAY, WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT OPPORTUNITY TO USE FINALLY THOSE CREDIT POINTS, AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, THEY TOOK ALL THOSE CREDIT POINTS AWAY, SO ON ACCOUNT SHOWS 3£ LEFT AND ALSO THE HOTELS CHARGED ME AGAIN, SO I PAYD TWICE, I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN ON WHATSUP, AS THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANYTHING ELSE, NOBODY KNOWS WHERE THE HEAD OFFICE IS BASED, LOOKS LIKE IT IS A MASSIVE SECRET, AS THEY ARE DOGGY. ANSWER ON MY QUESTIONS WAS THAT SOME OF THE HOTELS I CAN NOT USE MY CREDIT POINTS, I QUESTIONED WHY???? AS YOU ALREADY TOOK MY POINTS AWAY AND THOSE HOTELS WERE ON THE LIST FROM BEGINNING?????? SO WHY WOULD YOU PUT THEM ON LIST AND TAKE MY POINTS AWAY AND CHARGE ME AGAIN????? DISAPPOINTED THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER, I ALSO REQUESTED A REFUND, AS I'M NOT HAPPY WITH ANY SERVICES AND REQUESTED A EXPLANATION STATEMENT SENT ON MY EMAIL FOR MY LAWYER TO TAKE AN ACTION AND AGAIN NO ANSWER, NOBODY REPLIED, THEY TOOK MY MONEY TWICE AND NO REACTION, UNBELIEVABLE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING???? PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. SNAPTRAVEL IS DOGGY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER RIGHTS, YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY IGNORED, WHEN LOOKING FOR HELP. PLEASE DON'T BOOK SNAPTRAVEL SCAM COMPANY. If i could give ZERO STARS I would. This is a SCAM! I entered the date of travel, confirmed my reservation and my confirmation email has the wrong dates! You can't speak with anyone because it's only a messaging site so I had to text with a robot and then eventually I get another generic response saying "your reservation is non amendable and non refundable, can't help you" response. So now I have a Reservation booked for a dates I cannot go!!!!

The customer service agents are beyond rude & doesn't help when you have problems with your bookings. Changing dates, Changing hotels or refunds. They add your purchase on your card statement as an in store purchase also. Nor do they tell you about the many fees you'll have to pay in addition to what's paid

If I could give it a zero I would! They won’t refund my money when they told me they would. They keep saying they refunded me my money already but when I called they told me a different story, that I couldn’t be refunded. It’s been over 2 months and I have not received anything when I have it in email that they supposedly already did.I call each day and they tell me the same thing and are super rude and hang up on me too! I wish I would of never got my hotel through snap travel it is horrible!!!

Discounts are not much better than you could get at the hotel site. Pay the price to deal with the hotel directly so you have recourse if there are issues. Snaptravel does not care what rat hole you end up in, they just want the reservation. Their rating system is not checked or verified and they are NO help afterward. They just say, “take it up with the hotel management.” DON’T use Snaptravel!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I booked through them and got a hotel with bed bugs. No big deal. I check out immediately and spend the next 6 months trying to get ahold of ANYONE since the hotel refunded snaptravel, but not me. I get the RUDEST customer service agent 6 MONTHS AFTER THE STAY AT THE HOTEL MIND YOU, who basically says they’re going to be keeping my money, and then CUTS OFF THE CONTACT! I SPENT 6 MONTHS TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE AND WHEN I FINALLY DO THEY TELL ME THEYRE KEEPING MY MONEY AND BASICALLY BLOCK ME ON FACEBOOK MESSENGER!!!!!

Once they have your money that's it, if you have a problem afterwards, wave goodbye to it. Probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

We had our flight times changed, which means we will fail to meet the hotels 8 pm check in deadline. The hotel referred us to Snaptravel, who point blank refused any assistance. We have lost our full payment for the hotel. We were new customers and are regular travellers, their loss in the long run. Be careful when booking with these, my advice is DON'T.

Do not buy anything with this company, they are not honest!!!!. First they show you super cheap flights and after you have bought it they tell you that the ticket is no longer available !!! and when you ask for the money back they tell you that it will take several business days.

I went to check in to my hotel at 7pm and the front desk informed me that the payment from snap travel had not gone through (my payment to snap travel had already been collected). I called snap travel and a ticket was formed to their urgent care team. They said I could not cancel even though I couldn't checkin. I called again at 8:30pm, 10pm, and 12:30 and eveytime I was told I could not cancel and that the urgent care team would contact me. Eveytime I asked them, should I keep waiting in my car? They said yes. Urgent care finally called me at 12:35am that I was now able to check in. Please avoid, this is straight up inhumane. If cant check in, they need to refund me asap. Instead they made me wait close to 6 hours in my car. As others have said, it's some time of scam where they hope you get another hotel so they can pocket your money and not refund.

Total scam! Buyer BEWARE They charge you and then they charge you a hidden tip fee. When it's all said and done and you go to check in their credit card declines so you're not able to get into a room. They have your money and you have no room and you even paid them a tip on top of that whether you knew it or not. Never again 😒

Useless. They are a booking agency unconcerned if the hotel is actually operational, is in fact even open. They will helpfully display lists of full-up hotels.

Not impressed. I searched hotels with free parking, booked and when I got to the hotel I had to pay $100 more (after paying Snaptravel) for parking and resort fees. Sneaky....

I made a reservation through snaptravel.com for a hotel in Turkey. When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation. Fortunately the personnel worked with me and assisted by finding another vendor in which to reserve the room. I contacted snaptravel.com and they refuse to refund my money. They claim they fulfilled their obligation regarding the hotel.

Tried to make online reservation. When I hit the confirm button I saw that the dates had inadvertently changed to a time that I was not traveling. Contacted customer non service within 10 minutes. Was basically told "tough luck, not our problem". They said refund was not eligible. Tried to cancel again 4 days prior to stay. The hotel cancelled the reservation. Snaptravel said "tough luck" Even in this time of covid problems and the fact that the hotel wasn't charging me, snaptravel thinks its good business to keep my $86.97. Nice customer service!!

SCAM! The hotel did not recognize the booking from SNAP TRAVEL. I had to pay for the entire weekend again and PayPal refused to get back my money.
