“I have used Super Travel 3 times and have never had an issue. You get what they promised. Each time check-in has been smooth with no issues. I have referred them to other people and I am looking forward to use them again in the near future. I found them by scrolling and I am glad I did it has been a wonderful experience.”

“Beautiful hotel very clean rooms are spacious and amenities are plenty. Hot tub and pool are warm and clean , the staff is very responsive and friendly. Walking distance to enjoy the area around you by the hotel and the best part the bed is very comfortable .”

“Their prices are low because they exclude the hotel's fees. I had to pay an extra $113 in order to check in. This a scam.”

We really appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation, nonetheless, please note that it’s a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation. Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion. We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.

“I Never used this site before to book my hotels. I decided to give it a try and i'm glad I did. You cannot beat their prices and booking confirmation was sent to my phone instantly. I will be booking with them again soon!”
