“Products are good. Delivery was woeful.
XL Couriers were not contactable, gave no indication of delivery times. After hours of phoning, eventually an XL person answered and indicated they had returned a key component of the smart toilet system ( seat and electronics) to Blue Space inappropriately, and with great inconvenience during bathroom renovation by my builder. It took multiple calls to Blue Space to track down the item and Re dispatch.
Whilst Blue Space call-staff were very helpful on phone, promises made by were sometimes not followed through. However delivery issues too our home were the source of the problem.”

“We ordered items for 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. I dealt almost exclusively with Melansie and she was fantastic. Very patient with our changes and very supportive of my ideas and super helpful in achieving and understanding the "look" I wanted.
Melanie responded to my emails quickly and I think she is one of the best salespeople I have encountered. I have been renovating for a long time and this was my best experience. The Blue Space also provided a one-stop shop and if you didn't have the product you could get it for me. As I work full time and renovate at weekends this was a great time saver. “Unfortunately, not a good experience with The Blue Space. I ordered 3 x shaving cabinets and the website stated they would be despatched 5-8 days after ordering. I called and spoke with customer service every few days to track them down and each time got a different story about an eta. I was repeatedly told the issue was being escalated to their operations team and that someone would call me… but… no one ever did. 5 weeks after ordering the shaving cabinets did turn up. 2 of the 3 had smashed mirrors…. Ahhhhh! Again, the customer service team fobbed me off onto the supplier and told me I’d have to wait for them to contact me. I will never order from The Blue Space again.”

“Customers can make mistakes, but I managed to go far and beyond that! Having ordered and had all tapware delivered in January, I didn't check it, imagine my surprise when the plumber installed a piece that was black instead of gun metal and for some reason I had an extra tap. With hat in hand I went back to The Blue Space and what happened - everything. Any apology was received and even though it was months and months later they sent me the correct piece and offered a return for the extra tap. A return postage sticker was supplied to return both the goods. I can not fault them at all. Customer service above and beyond. I will always go to these guys for any further products. Pricing for me, even though they are super competitive, is no longer the determiner. Great work keep up! Rodney”
