When you buy express shipping and the product arrives on time but without the required fixings, it ruins the experience. Every time I order there are issues. Never again.

Very poor service. Promised item would be shipped in 24hrs and did not have items in stock. Had to pay my electrican again to come to site. Very disappointing and would look at another supplier first if comparing the same or similar products. The reason I went with The Blue Space was postage guarantee in short turn around time. Your products were dearer than your competitors. Very let down

Products are good, staff are helpful but processing and delivery is terrible. Always takes weeks longer than indicated and they won’t split a shipment if part order is in stock. They also don’t advise if product is back ordered so you can substitute

I bought a vanity and shaving cabinet. to my disappointment i wasn't provided with any screws to mount them and the order didn't include those stickers to cover the screw heads. Just a little touch that was expected but changed my experience from a positive to a negative.

Unfortunately my experience with The Blue Space has not been positive. The item I ordered did not come with any fittings. It took a while to get this reported (I called and was asked to send an email). I am now told that the manufacturer will contact me. Which has still not happened after nearly 2 weeks. I don’t understand why I can’t just return the item to the Blue Space for a refund or a replacement, why do I have to deal with the manufacturer? I was happy to support a smaller online retailer but I think I will just go back to Bunnings after this. TBS - you need to step up your game.

Terrible experience. Got this review email before my products. Still waiting after 9 weeks for my product to arrive after they sent the wrong one. I wouldn’t use these guys again if you’re renovating or building. Go direct to the company, I wish I had. Can’t comment on the product as I haven’t seen them yet. Disaster

I ordered some kitchen cabinet handles. They arrived all scratched. I contacted customer service and was sent replacement. Unfortunately they also arrived all scratched. I was hoping to purchase more handles, but after this experience won't be purchasing from Blue Space at all.

On enquiring about the product I clarificated if this product was aluminium, plastic or solid brass as I only wanted to buy solid brass items. I was informed that the items were brass. Based on this information I placed my order. When the items arrived and my plumber was installing them I was informed they are not brass at all. They are a mix between Aluminium and Plastic. I feel very disappointed with the item as it does not match what I was told on the phone.

I have been sent the wrong package (meant for another customer) and now being told that the items that I have ordered are out of stock and not available until the end of the month. I have asked repeatedly about how this could happen and what happened to my original order and had no response, nor any effort to rectify or pick up the order that was delivered to me by mistake. I understand that there are supply problems, but these are basic customer service issues that could have been handled much better. A terrible experience all round.
