“The delivery was quick lorry driver great as trolley broke had to hand move all. The coal is NOT low ash as loads of ash also not as hot as our old coal.”
“Cant fault the coal shop however the company that delievered it thats a differant matter , wouldnt attend to reverse onto my drive and unloaded pallet onto pavement and left it there , i had to carry 50 bags 40ft to a place of safety !”
“Easy to use and very easy to order through. Not their fault but the delivery company that is delivering the coal loaded a ton of coal on to a truck with a tail lift with no means of off loading it. Supposed to be redeluvering it and put at the end of the drivers trip two days wasted waiting for it.”
