Please note that I’ve received the bellow order today.
I’ve ordered from you previously, this order however I’m not as happy with. Some of the wood seems to be extremely large, which is going to make it hard to actually use. I was under the impression that all pieces of wood should fit into a a log burner.
Also whilst bringing it into the house there was rubbish within the logs, small pieces of glass and an empty coke can. I just feel dissatisfied for the amount this has cost me it doesn’t feel very professional purchase. Maybe you could have a word with your employees not to put there rubbish into the bags of wood.

“The only problem that I encountered with this company was their reluctance to provide an ETA for the delivery. When pushed they told me that the delivery would be made before 12.00 Noon, which was better than no ETA at all. The delivery took place at 10.30 Hours, which was within the indicated parameter.
The company, apparently, fails to realise that failing to provide an ETA is sending a message to their customers that the time of the company is more important than the time of their customers. A common modern failing.
The coal seem, on a brief examination of one bag, s to be of a reasonable quality. I may use this company again, if, on closer examination, the coal proves to be of a high quality.”
“Got an email to say the delivery wagon is over weight so they had to removed two bags from my order, so i will be getting a refund for the two bags, 5 days of sending emails to ask were refund is with no reply.”

I placed the order, paid, then was kept up to date on delivery. I had a call from the transport company and given a choice of dates. Delivery turned up on the day and the driver was so helpful. A big thumbs up from me 👍”
“Very poor service from your non English speaking driver. Didn't even ring our gate bell. Just phoned and complained that he couldn't get coal lorry up driveway (this is when they need to speak good English). I've never had problems with our coal delivery in past so very disappointed with service.”
