“The sirloin was quite good after a beating with a tenderiser hammer. Chicken was pretty poor. Rubbery and unchewable in parts.”

“Placed an order of Boneless Tomahawks,they delivered the smallest bone in tomahawks that I have ever seen!! Complained about it and they sent me another 2 tiny tomahawks with a small bone in! The reason that I placed the order was because of the Boneless Tomahawks!! When I complained again all they said was “I thought it would help”… and that is how they have left it!! Not happy at all!! How can they take an order and just fob you off with something that you didn’t order and just say “I thought it would help “ Disgusting service!!!!”

“We have eaten some of the Sirloin Steaks that we cut from the recently purchased Sirloin Steak joint. Succulent. Delicious and full of flavour. Easy to carve into steaks. Absolutely fantastic value for money. Just wished I had a bigger freezer so that I could purchase more in my order. Will be ordering more too quality meats from the Fat Butcher.”

“Hi I am writing to you to inform you that I received my order no problem I placed all of the meat in my fridge which after a day started to smell a bit funny but nothing major I used the chicken legs and beef strips absolutely lovely I opened he mince which had a slight smell but ignored and wasn't to bad Same with the stakes but again enjoyed I have just opened the chicken to witch I was hit with the worst smell I have ever experienced in my life and both packs have tomorrow's date on them I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me about this matter please Thanks Neil boden”

“Whilst the meat is great quality I have found that in some of my previous orders there has been a 'rogue' item. Unfortunately the 4 garlic pork loins which were part of the 'meat for 2 weeks' box contained 3 loins plus basically a piece of thick fat with a small slither of pork. I did try to email but the email bounced back. It is a shame because the rest of the meat looks great and the box was very good value.”

“Terrible customer service. £90 of meat arrived late in luke warm box. All meat slimy and absolutely stunk. Only fit for the bin. Will avoid at all costs and advise pass on to all friends and family”
