“The website was good. I could have used a little more description of the 3030 vs. 3020 insoles. Such as if they took up more room in the toe area of the foot. When I called to ask the difference, someone read off the online description. I was doing that myself. It would have been helpful if they could answer what was not on the online description.”

The main difference between the 10 Seconds 3030 Pressure Relief Insoles w/ Metatarsal Support & the 10 Seconds 3020 Pressure Relief Neutral Insoles is the metatarsal arch support featured in the 3030's. Both insoles offer a 5mm thickness in the forefoot and a 7.5mm thickness in the heel. Since the metatarsal support runs through the arch, if anything, the arch would take up a bit more room in the shoe in the 3030's vs. the 3020's. Both insoles are made out of Plastazote and Orange Abzorb cushioned layers, which provides a customized fit with a wear moldable memory foam, so the foot will sink into the footbed of the insoles a bit. The metatarsal arch on the 3030's is intended to relieve and prevent forefoot pain and discomfort. Both insoles are also covered by our Wear Test Guarantee, so if the insoles don't work well for your needs and you wish to return or exchange them you are welcome to do so. “The order process was fairly easy. Some of the survey questions were a bit confusing, asking the same information differently, so I wasn't sure what was being asked. (How would I describe the shoes I usually wear in regards to roominess vs. Wide Width?) It didn't change the recommendations that came up, so why have both questions? I haven't received our order yet. If it lets me back in, I'll complete it once I receive our order.”

“Good product. I've been using Powerstep since 2014 when Podiatrist recommended. This set however hurts ball of my foot. Feel a lump unlike other sets I've purchased.”
