“I have worn custom orthotics most of my life...in every shoe I wear. These orange insoles are exactly the same as my custom ones, at a fraction of the price. Very Happy!”

As our Warehouse is closed on the weekends, we responded to your email on Monday, 11/27/23. We let you know in the email that your order was on hold so we could ensure you wanted to keep it, as you had concerns regarding the pricing of your insoles. As we did not hear back from you, we went ahead and shipped your insoles out on 11/29/23 and sent you a confirmation email with tracking details. If the email did not show up in your inbox, we urge you to check both your spam/junk and promotions email folders. “I hate to be the guy who complains about free stuff but... Your 5% Cyber Monday discount only amounted to $2.49 for me. Hardly even worth the effort. I was really hoping for something more substantial.”
