“When you have a foot problem, It's really hard to find the right insole that fits your shoes, doesn't make your shoes not fit, is comfortable, and addresses your problem. The web interface is fantastic and it's really easy to find something that works. However, until you've tried it out, you don't know. The customer support and responsiveness was excellent, and they sincerely want to help find something that works. What I chose at first didn't work. Returning was a breeze, and Alexis made sure that I found something that would work. Thank You!”

“Speedy shipping and great products. I got the Spenco high arc support for plantar fasciitis insoles. I found immediate relief after heel pain for over a month. I will never be without these insoles. Also got the plantar fasciitis socks and they are wonderful too! Thank you soo much.”

“I have not received the product yet, and too difficult to use "Shop" to track my order. Can you make doing business with your company even more difficult? Just ridiculous; not professional! Overzealous security! Not trying to buy a nuclear weapon!”

A USPS tracking link is provided in all our our tracking confirmation emails to our customers, so there is no need to download the Shop app to track your order. Our website platform, Shopify, automatically provides you with the option to track your order through their app, but it is not necessary to download/use their app to track your order. Your order was placed on 11/1/23, shipped out the same day, and is currently out for delivery with an expected delivery date of today (11/3/23). We will be following up with an email containing a copy of your tracking confirmation with the USPS tracking details highlighted, so that you can monitor the status of your package yourself. If you have any further questions or if we can be of assistance with anything else, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team at Help@theinsolestore.com.
