“After finding out that powerstep no longer makes the insoles I've been using for the last five or so years, cust svc sort of suggested I try the bridge insoles shown on their website. For me, they are extremely uncomfortable, and I've gone back to using the old ones as long as I can. I don't understand why powerstep stopped making the other ones if they were better.-with no direct substitute! They were green #5003-018 with the word "powerstep" on them.”

The insoles are covered under our Wear Test Guarantee for 30 days, so we are more than happy to accept them back for return or exchange of a different product. As we are just an authorized retailer for PowerStep's products, we are unsure of why they stopped making the insole you have been wearing! “This is my fifth pair of insoles from 10 Seconds. They help my knees get through the day. I used to buy them at the pharmacy on the Outer Banks until I moved to FL. Now I’m glad I can order them & have them delivered to my home”

“Would prefer to buy in a local store but none seem to carry your products anymore. You suggested Walmart which isn't close + I prefer not to do business with stores that treat their employees like dirt.”

“There were measurements given on one product but not the other that I was comparing it to - identical in the pictures, so measurements were needed. (4 stars) I contacted theinsolestore and they gave me prompt, helpful service to get the measurements and make my decision (5 stars).”
