“Order was placed on Sep 26, still waiting for package. No notification that the package has been shipped however credit card has been charged. So far, not happy with service. The company responded to my review immediately and resent a new package in it's place. They monitor the delivery and I received with the week of my Sep 26 review.”

Thank you for your feedback, Twila! We do show that your order left our warehouse on 9/26/23 and has not received an updated scan since leaving our facility. With it having been almost three weeks since your package shipped out, it is safe to assume that your package was lost in transit when being transferred over to customs. “Received the Powerstep inserts that were too small for my size. I returned the soles and did not get a full refund as the return label costing me return postage.”

As stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, returns for a refund back to your original payment method are subject to our 3% processing fee, as well as return shipping costs. You have the option of either using the label we provide in our return portal, or shipping your return back to us with your preferred shipping service. We waive the processing fee and cover return shipping for returns for store credit and returns for an exchange of another item. We apologize for any confusion caused on our end! “I have flat feet, so was looking for a high arch support. The type of arch in each insert wasn't always easy to discern. Also, there wasn't a filter that could search for high, medium, normal, or low arch support, if that what was needed.”

We also list which arch type each arch support is suitable for in the product description of each insole.
