Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“Australia Post lost the parcel which was not great, however , the customer service from Thread the Word was outstanding with very prompt replies to my emails and follow up with Aust Post on my behalf ( even offer to remake the blanket). Such a wonderful experience from ordering through to the blanket eventually being delivered . The personalised cot blanket came beautifully packed wrapped in tissue paper ready for gifting. It is exactly as the website shows and the quality is exceptional. We can tell that this blanket will last the distance to be a cherished keepsake. I gladly recommend this company and their personalised blanket.”
