Hi there, we’re Thread The Word!

We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“BEST quality personalised blankets, I was so impressed with our first purchase I had to get a second blanket for our son and another to gift to a friend! Can’t fault the design and quality, so soft and durable and everyone asks where we got them from. The newborn size is perfect pram blanket and to take for outings. Using the site to design and preview online is super easy and allows you to take your time picking out what you want and it arrives wrapped perfectly in reusable bag with a yummy treat included, a nice touch. So happy and always recommend to friends and family”

“The website was very easy to use and we found the product we wanted. We had our granddaughter’s name embroider on the blanket. The end product was fantastic and our daughter loves it. The blanket was delivered far quicker than we expected. Overall, very happy with all aspects and would recommend ThreadTheWord to everyone.”

“Just received the personalized crib blanket I ordered just in time for my grandson's baby shower! I ordered the beige with white writing and horizontal lines, and it is adorable. The blanket is great quality, larger and even better than I expected! I can't wait to see it displayed on his crib!!!”
