Unethical practice. They advertised a trip Hk ( HK airline) to Perth via DPS ( Trans Nusa air) to connect the two flights. They claime 60mins connecting flight is sufficient. These are tickets for two 16 year olds. Upon checking Trans Nusa air , their website says 90 mins is minimum. I supplied the screenshot on what TransNusa website says which should give enough ground to process a full refund. I asked for a refund and they are responsible and accountable for the advertising is misleading. Upon filing a complain, they claim they will respond within 24 hours, they never did. Could have been more Consider to customer and process refund straight awat so we can rebook a ticket asap, I didnt mind payment a but more but they don' t seem to care about the stress we go through, especially if we will miss other available flights, leaving us hanging half way.

I recently had a very bad experience… I recently had a very bad experience with trip.com. I made a hotel booking and requested to change the check-in date. Contacted their chatbot however it wasn't able to help. I called the hotel directly and they advised that they are willing to change the date. So I called trip.com support and spoke to two support staffs and told them that the hotel was willing to amend the date. Both staffs advised that they will escalate this matter to the customer success team to liaise with the hotel for the date change. And they assured that I will receive a response within an hour. The second time I called trip.com to follow up with the matter and their escalated team hasn't responded nor contacted the hotel. On the third day, I received a reply from trip com customer success team saying that the hotel wouldn't change the date. Later I found out from the hotel that trip.com had not contacted them in timely manner which they waited for trip.com to respond to the date change request. I'm truly disappointed and upset with trip.com that they didn't help to respond to the hotel in timely manner which I had to chase them up several times. In the end, hotel wouldn't amend the check in date. Till now, trip.com did not take the responsibility that they had messed up. This is disgusting and will not use their service again.

Train ticket pricing is clear and transparent, so I always know exactly what I'm paying—no hidden fees. Fares are listed for each departure, allowing me to choose my preferred train and seat. During this trip to China, I discovered that high-speed rail offers business class seats, so I decided to try them out. The experience was excellent.

I am extremely grateful for the real-time flight updates service. This information keeps me informed of any changes or delays to my flights, allowing me to better plan my itinerary. Last time, I received advance notice that a typhoon might cause delays to my connecting flight. I was able to adjust my plans accordingly, rebooking for the following Monday and rescheduling a work meeting. This truly helped me. The proactive approach of anticipating issues and promptly sharing updates with passengers is excellent. Thank you, Trip~

They cover numerous cities and offer diverse airline route options. No matter where I travel, I can always find a flight solution that meets my needs. For instance, on this business trip to Bangkok, they provided me with multiple airline choices and various flight times. I arrived on time for the local meeting and didn't miss my subsequent flight back to New York.

They guarantee room availability, and I've never encountered overbooking or cancellations at hotels, which gives me great peace of mind. Trip's information synchronization is remarkably timely. Many major hotels have close partnerships with Trip, allowing me to secure highly competitive rates without any cancellations. I hope to continue using it in the future!!!!

The search, filtering, and payment process was incredibly smooth. I easily found the items I needed, and checkout was completely hassle-free.
