I saved up some savings to take my wife on a short honey moon to fiji. I booked using the platform and I managed to save up some credits from previous bookings and got some additional vip perks. I feel like trip.com really values its long time users. I will continue using this platform.

I was booking a flight ticket for my grandma but due to her age, me and my family weren't sure if she is still eligible to take the flight with eva air. So we called customer service and they asked the airline and made a remark for my grandma's ticket. When she got to the airport, there were staffs escorting my grandma to the boarding gate. What an excellent experience!

Disappointed with customer service despite loyalty I’ve been using Trip.com for years and even reached Diamond membership, but my last booking left me frustrated. On the first day of my booking I asked customer service if I could cancel for a full refund. They said no, but promised I could change the passenger name instead. I trusted that. Later, they suddenly pointed to their terms and conditions and refused to help. Yesterday they said they’d find me a better solution, today they completely changed their position. It feels like misleading information and poor service. I gave 3 stars only because the platform is easy to use and prices are often competitive, but the customer support cannot be trusted.

Avoid Trip.com – terrible experience! I paid ~$1,000 for seat selections when booking 3 tickets as I’m travelling with a baby. Trip.com showed the seats as confirmed, but the next day I discovered on the airline’s site that none were actually reserved. No adjacent seats were available, and Trip.com then cancelled my reservations blaming the airline. I’m now left with no reserved seats and no way to sit together. Completely unacceptable and the issue is not resolved yet.

Me and my husband booked through trip.com for our short 4 days vacation to Puerto Rico. The experience was great and when we changed hotels in the middle, there was a booking issue. Apparently we booked the wrong date and had an issue with the hotel. We called customer support and they were able to squeeze us in to that hotel we wanted to stay. The best thing was that everything was free! They basically took care of everything. A big thumbs up for their customer support team!

I really liked the way how the platform suggested nearby hotels and transportation options after I booked my train. It made my planning much smoother.

From now onwards, Trips.com is my only platform for hotel booking. Thanks Yania , Yuki, Hakeem, Komathi & all the team members for their great service. They go all out , put it tremendous efforts to assist my booking in Osaka. Keep up the good work, thumbs up service. Kudos to all of you

Booked a flight with Saudia, UK to Thailand. Booking was ok but no help to reserve seats (my partner is disabled) unable to access Saudia site as Trip.com use their email and telephone no for sms, so no access code. To now phone Saudia is 10p a minute. No customer service. UPDATE Having been offered Trip.com by skyscanner as a recommended provider, we booked tickets Birmingham to Bangkok via Jeddah with Saudia After receiving the details we attempted to access the Saudia site as Trip.com couldn't reserve us the seats which are needed for my disabled partner. As Trip.com are the primary contacts this is not allowed. At the 1st attempt at resolution my email as a contact was added, but the system still would not allow access as their email is the primary address. The only way to book seats for somebody with a disability has been to make my email and telephone the primary's, as Trip.com have said “we may no longer get flight updates sent to us, it's up to you to maintain a check”. Such a customer service needs to be made publicly available. No I would not recommend but 1 ☆ is the lowest I can give. God help us if we need any assistance whilst we're travelling. STILL NO RESOLUTION, 3 PHONE CALLS, MULTIPLE 'CHATS" AND NUMEROUS EMAILS. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER USED. ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY DON'T CARE. WHAT A JOKE THEY'RE CUSTOMER GUARANTEE IS

When I arrived at the hotel, my reservation was already in their system. No awkward waiting, no calls to confirm—it just worked as it should.

Please avoid using this company. They took money for a seat we chose(due to health issues), which we never got, airline company said it’s their fault, and they’re saying it’s airline fault. As the result we have a senior person struggling for 10 hours of flight and no compensation whatsoever!

From basic hostels to nice resorts, the options in the city I visited were solid. I never felt limited to just one or two choices.

I liked that it suggested hotels near the train station and even offered shuttle connections. It made planning the whole trip feel more seamless.

Not worth booking through them! They don't confirm your booking for a couple of days, which made me nervous if it didn't go through. Third parties add more hassle if they mess up your tickets. Trip.com added Mr and Mrs as our middle names when booking, then made it a huge hassle to fix and tried to charge us for it, even though it was their mistake. If the name on your reservation doesn't match, it messes with your mileage plan and blocks you from using TSA precheck global entry. I'll never book with them again. Didn't save us much money.

i contacted customer support through the app and was connected to a real person in under two minutes. The wait time felt reasonable compared to other travel platforms I’ve used before.

I would never use the trip app or website again. I tried to make a reservation and entered the incorrect date. I realized after confirming. I explained the issue and was told they would have to contact the hotel to see if they could approve my refund. I called the hotel myself and they agreed to release the hold on my account and not charge a fee or charge me for the one night. I was still charged on my account. I have emails saying I would get a refund but have yet to get my money back. So disappointed
