I booked a flight with Trip.com (Booking #1653710053125883) Porto-London 2 passenger for €500 but Trip.com never issued the ticket. At Porto airport, the airline confirmed that no reservation existed under our names. We spent over 3 hours stranded without any assistance. We had to pay for last-minute accommodation, food and transport, and we lost a workday. They admitted their mistake but only offered €60 in “Trip Coins.”. We had to escalate to the UK ECC/consumer authorities. Completely unacceptable service. Do NOT recommend Trip.com.

I love how they support different channels like phone, app, and WeChat. It makes it easy to get in touch no matter where I am or what I’m doing.

trip.com really tries to give you the best price when you are booking. I mean when I compare the prices with other travel agencies, trip.com is way cheaper.

I booked a transfer from Tokyo airport to my hotel and back. Everything was perfect, the appointment was made. A good car arrived, and I was met at the airport with a sign, as I ordered. There were discount coupons for my first order, which was also important.

I was trying to look for something other than hotels so I tried hostels. they also have hostels which I did not know about. You pretty much can find any living accomodations on there!

Total Happy Ich kann nur gutes berichten, Hotels immer wesentlich günstiger als auf anderen Portalen. Flugsuche sehr übersichtlich. Ich buche alle Reisen über Trip.com und habe dadurch viele Vergünstigungen, z.B kostenlosen Zugang zur Vip Lounge an vielen Flughäfen usw. Man sammelt Coins, die man bei späteren Buchungen, als Zahlungsmittel verwenden kann. Bei Flugbuchungen hast du, wenn du ein Hotel dazu buchen möchtest 25% Ermäßigung auch die Hotelbuchung. Trip.com ist auch Payback Partner, also ich hab viele Gründe, über dieses Portal, meinen Urlaub zu buchen

Esperienza fatta nel 1 2015, Una agenzia che non tutela il. Viaggiatore. Orari degli aerei sbagliati. Informazioni sulle valige da stiva sbagliate nel numero e nel peso. Assistenza scadente. Si perde solamente tempo e denaro. Su pluti tratte, Non sai se le valige faranno scalo oppure se devi ritirarle! Esperienza negativa al massimo.

I wanted to cancel or modify my accidental incorrect booking on 30th September. The problem occurred because the payment was declined for an unknown reason, and I had to try several times using both PC and mobile to complete the booking. My point is that customers should be able to cancel for free within a reasonable time or at least have the option to make free alterations. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was declined. Because of this experience, I will never use Trip.com again and will discourage others from using this platform.

This is a really cool app. It offers great discounts, lower prices on hotels, tickets, and excursions than other platforms, offers real bonuses for using it, and best of all, it accepts MIR cards. The interface itself is clear and user-friendly. I highly recommend it!

My flight got canceled and the customer service danny called in the hotel and told them my situation to see if they can move back my hotel bookings. I was super impressed, good job danny!

I am making my trip to switzerland and due to there weren't any direct flights from my city, I had to transfer. Normally, I'd be so confused about the process but on the booking page of trip.com, they made it super clear about what you needed to do! Great tool!
