Have bought a train ticket on trip.com. It is easy to use bar code to went through the check gate.

I booked through Trip.com and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Despite several attempts to contact customer service, I did not receive the help I needed to resolve my issue. The lack of clarity and support left me without a solution and without a concrete refund. I strongly advise against this agency for anyone looking for reliable service and effective support.

Changing or refunding tickets is straightforward, and refunds are usually received swiftly. Simple operations like this make last-minute plan modifications a lot less stressful.

Excellent customer service. Much better price. I was hesitant to use first but price difference was good so I tried and when i needed the customer support I got immediately.

They usually answer pretty fast, so you’re not stuck waiting forever. Even when it’s busy, the wait’s not too bad. Honestly, it’s quicker than I expected for a big service team.

這是我親身體驗Trip.com 的惡劣手法,他們的與航空公司對資料API對接出了日子的誤差竟然要客戶買單還無限輪回的推給航空公司的失誤。 故事發生與先早我訂了8/13/2025 泰航臺北飛曼谷的來回機票結果08/12/2025 凌晨兩點多發一個通知來說 飛機改為08/12/2025 早上 9:19分起飛,我起來看到訊息我一臉的黑人問號??? 我誤以爲我訂錯機票急忙再訂一張泰獅航飛曼谷的單程機票。 後來我檢查我的email, 發現我並沒有訂錯機票是Trip.com 的APP出現狀況,我打電話給客服,客服就無限輪回的說是航空公司我預警的把航班提早一天 (這是我聼過最好笑推卸責任的理由,我只聽過往後延沒聽過提早)。故事寫道這裏相信大家都知道結果Trip.com 不承認錯誤,他們給我的解決方案是取消泰航的票協助退款,重新訂泰獅航 來回機票(因爲泰獅航 不給退款)。 這種低質的服務態度以及解決的方法令人無法再相信trip.com這家母公司是位於上海的攜程集團有限公司 美國納斯達克(股票代碼:TCOM ). trip.com 這兩百二十美金老子我虧得起老子就是要把你這種惡劣行經公佈于世避免又有人受害。

They charged me full amount when booking as pre-authorization. When I wanted to check in at hotel, I had to pay full amount again. Trip.com must clear it when booking. Very disappointed.

It's an excellent convenience to have the delay insurance. helps me feel a little more comfortable when I'm purchasing inexpensive airfares.

Reschedule and cancellation fee is expensive. Won't use trip.com for my future flights!
