“I'd love to give a review but my order placed on Nov 28th has still not arrived on Dec 17th.
I received a "shipment on it's way" email on Nov 29th that included a tracking number that Royal Mail do not recognise as a tracking number. It produces the message "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your order." This typically means that the item was sent untracked!
I appreciate that there are problems with the mail right now and I can make allowances, but to send it out untracked (if that is what happened) has rather niggled me.”
“Very nice cosy but took a while to arrive. I did email them to ask where it was but I never got a reply which is why I only gave 4 stars. I’ve had the cockerel pattern for many years but it’s time to retire it and refresh my kitchen.”
