“I still haven't received my parcel yet. Ordered it three weeks ago today. I know that there has been a postal strike but it should have gotbto me by now. There is no number to call Ulster Weavers to get updates and it takes several days for them to reply to emails which makes it difficult to get the situation resolved.”
“Mostly super but a T-Towell was missing from my order and I received no reply to my email telling them so and no replacement T Towell! Else, would have been 5 stars. Missing things that a customer has paid for and that are not then sent at all is a fundamental error ulster weavers!!!”
