If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I bought tickets from this seller a month ago, and they told me that they will send in tickets 3 days before the event. Well today is the day of the event and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY TICKETS. This has caused me so much stress and my boyfriend stress as well. I have called them 3 times, and they said that their “escalation team” is on it. So we asked if we could be in contact with their “team” and they said “We don’t have contact with our escalation team”. This is a poorly handled business and a SCAM.

Booked tickets for Michael Ball in Manchester as Xmas present for my mum who is 88. They were £100.00 each but said side stalls Row A so thought good seats and she's worth it so went ahead. The site was flashing 14 seats only left on sale !!! I can't believe I've been scammed. Tickets arrived today. The seats are actually gallery seats - the highest and furthest away you can get ! They are ticketmaster issued tickets with a total price if £47.00 including booking fee ! I paid £100 !!!! This should not be allowed. I feel violated. Never use this company - be warned!

Be very, very careful, you might pay 4times over the odds. When you buy the tickets you don’t know if they are being sold by viagogo or if you are buying them from some one who bought the tickets and are selling them again . Viagogo will not let you know, so you are paying over the odds for your ticket PLUS comission to Viagogo. I was stitched up for 2 tickets worth £36 and payed £145,67

Dealing with this company is like day light robbery- make sure you read the T&Cs VERY carefully because once you put something up for sale on here there is no going back. THEY TRICK YOU BIG TIME. There is no opportunity to change your mind if you manage sell your tickets elsewhere and even if you don't confirm the sale of your ticket they still demand you pay to replace the cost of the buyers tickets. I lost over £300 dealing with them when i was trying to sell tickets. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Bought 4 tickets to the England v Italy Six Nations match this Saturday, for £722 - tickets arrived this morning, with face value of £75 per ticket..!! Website told me I’d get best possible tickets (without telling me seating area) - they weren’t, and we are going to be stuck in the corner in the upper tier. The website also said the tickets were running out fast but I checked today and there were still tickets available! Will never buy from Viagogo again.

Purchased tickets to a show for my wife, at great expense. Viagogo contacts us to say tickets have been oversold, but here are some other (worse seats) tickets for the same high price. We accepted begrudgingly. On the day, my wife (who is a cancer patient) was called into hospital for a blood transfusion. Asked for a refund or change to another ticket: refused. Asked to resell, Viagogo said 'yes we can resell for you' then later said 'Sorry its too late to resell'. No recourse to refund and a total rip-off / scam in the first place with the swapped tickets. Will not do business with them again.

Charlatans. Double the ticket price but literally do nothing to deserve that 'extra cost' though the government we're shutting this type of fraudulent company down? They need to. DO NOT USE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SCAM. KEEP AWAY. Arrived at the door for Jess concert in madrid and was denied entry. Ticket oversold. Customer care no feedback. This is absolutely horrendous. Google is also guilty. They promote them and don´t allow us to rate the company. They hide the comments. Shocking

I'm giving 3 starts, because I'm not supporting Viagogo in this what they are doing, but fortunately I had good experience and everything was without problems. For example, I bought 2 Post Malone tickets 2 days ago. Post Malone had concert yesterday in Copenhagen, so I bought it only one day before the concert. The FIRST problem is that they used the common tactic, how to persuade the customer to buy the ticket. U can find that system on the internet. Firstly they show you really good price for the ticket, they say that there is only few tickets left (1 in my case), they show you the fake timer of you reservation (so take your time, there is no real timer :) ), then they ask for your personal information included your credit card number and so on, and in the very last step, they show you the final price, that includes high handling and booking fees, usually 20-30% of the price of the ticket. BUT, that's not a SCAM, that's not a fraud. It's only because people are naive and inattentive. I knew that this ticket is not the last one, that I have no timer and that there will be high fees, however, I still bought tickets under the real price. Real price was 650kr (88€), ticket price on viagogo was 395kr (53€), fees were approximately 30% so total price was 512kr (68€). So I still bought tickets under their value. The SECOND problem, is when people order tickets to their home, to their address and don't order E-Ticket. Don't do that, there is a chance that these tickets won't arrive to your address :). My e-tickets came to my email few minutes after purchase. Here comes the THIRD and BIGGEST problem. These tickets are valid, however, they can be sold more than once, respectively the seller that sold this ticket through Viagogo, can go the event as well. That's why it's really risky to buy tickets from resellers. This applies only for tickets where information and code are not changing by reselling. However, they can't be used more than once. That means, that there is a CHANCE, that you won't be able to entry, because this tickets was already used. So if you want to limit this chance, the best way is to be there first :). We had seating tickets, that means, normally, people don't rush to the venue. They can come 15 minutes before the concerts, and they will still have their seating place. So we were 1 hour before the opening of doors at the entry. We made sure that we are first there, and we successfully got inside. I'm also sad for people that maybe had the same tickets as ours of course, but they chose to buy through viagogo, their duty was to check the reviews of Viagogo and to find out that it's risky. We knew the risk. I'm not happy with the way that Viagogo works, but it's NOT a SCAM, everything is legit, because Viagogo is only reseller, that's why this website is still running and selling :). The FORTH problem is service, in the most cases, if you ask for the return because the ticket haven't arrived or was already used, you won't get answer :) You can try, but it's not guaranteed. To sum up, I DON'T recommend buying tickets from this website. Try to find another way, It's risky and misleading. However, if you know the risk, and their misleading tactics, you can try :).

Completely inflexible when my friend broke her leg since booking our tickets and was in a wheelchair - They would not even consider moving us to the disabled access area even though are tickets were in the same area. They kept telling us they could not upgrade us. We weren't asking for an upgrade, we were asking for disabled access. I will never use this dreadful company again.

I order football tickets to a game in Berlin on viagogo. I was traveling from California; I bought the tickets three weeks before I left. On the site they give you the option to have the tickets delivered to your your home address on the last day you can retrieve them there and if they cannot arrive before you travel to the game the tickets can be shipped to the second address they let you enter, which is the travel address. In the end my tickets arrived to my home address 7 days after the last day I said I could retrieve them there. I then had to pay for the tickets to be mailed to the correct travel address in Europe. They didn't arrive on time. I missed the game. It was a big disappointment and waste of money buying tickets from Viagogo.

Well, as you can see pretty much on all the reviews, this company is a scam. If you want to pay 3x the avg ticket price, go for it! I used them to buy tickets for Florence & The Machine / Tears for Fears and realized afterwards that the ticket cost £45 pp and they were selling it £85 + £30 Fees etc. You are ripping off people and it's just unacceptable. Are you not ashamed ? With all the trials you are facing, i hope you'll go to court and just shut down the company.
