“We have now had 3 attempts to buy tickets - the first didn’t happen as the seller never had them in the first place, the second set were sold to us but were the wrong date and now having paid for a third set viagogo are telling me they can’t get the seller to upload them. It’s a shambles and tickets are costing nearly 3 times their face value. Sadly my son and his friends now won’t be able to attend the concert .a complete shambles. - never use viagogo. Staff simply fob you off with promises of tickets which don’t materialise. Not a credible company. Avoid!”
“My mom was scammed by them just yesterday- paid 220EUR for two tickets worth 65EUR each, and now we are told to wait one month to receive them! (this would be just 2 days before the concert). While she made the booking, she had no idea viagogo was not the official seller as they popped as official on her google search. I cannot believe google still takes their adds after years of controversy- allowing many people to fall into these scams easily, thinking they buy from the genuine organizer. Google plays a crucial role in their scam- without popping first as an ad in google search, viagogo and their likes would go out of business. I have reported this to Google as I believe they need to be held responsible. Given all the bad press over the past years, Google cannot deny they are willingly part of the scam where viagogo claims to be an official reseller, charging last-minute fees just before making a purchase, offering tickets they do not own!”

I am absolutely appalled at the customer service provided by viagogo! They have lost a pair of my season tickets twice and continuously send threatening emails daily saying they’ll charge me for replacing the tickets that need to be bought for the customers who bought my original season cards!
I have had to pay to replace my season tickets twice and every time I ring to resolve the matter they hang up or say I’ll receive a call back. I have NEVER had a call back. 37 calls later within the space of 3 weeks and the issue is no further resolved than when I first rang.
Don’t ever use this service!! They are scam artists that will rip you off anyway they can!
They will be hearing from my solicitor as according to there own policy and my earnings from my tickets, I have roughly £1200 from this company.”

“I would actually rate it at zero stars. Basically in short got ripped off and couldn't get in touch with customer service by phone as friends couldn't either. I did the online deal and filled out information. I then received a call back and I was told viagogo is going to refund all my money from 2 tickets and plus extra compensation. Well I received half the refund of tickets with a small amount of compensation which was a voucher for viagogo. Again couldn't contact by phone. Contacted them by email again and i was receiving replies that didnt help the issue that I had with what I was told they were going to fulfill. I really was ignored about situation over and over, also no body would call me. I wasnt the only one that got ripped off. Myself and all I know will not use there site. They should be shutdown.”

“Overcharged me for a ticket for a concert that was postponed for a year. When the concert came around the following year I could no longer get the ticket I had originally bought delivered to me. It took weeks of back and forth emails and phone calls before I was finally refunded only a week before the concert. A whole year after I had originally bought the ticket. This refund wouldn't have come about had I not threatened legal action on multiple occasions. Very poor customer service and a lack of supervision over customer to customer ticket sales.”

“How can I look at 3 different scenarios.for the same event looking to book 1 or 2 tickets. I requested to book 1 ticket, then it came up only 1 ticket left, before this I applied for 2 tickets seating together, it then informed me only 2 tickets left. I thought this a bit odd so I tried again but seating separately and again only 2 tickets left.
How can it state only 1 ticket left then again only 2 when I change the order.
