“I contacted this company and their customer service was excellent. I bought several items - a couple of single bottles and some gift wrapped items, so won't repeat same things per item but I put in my order same day and the entire order arrived the next morning! I was really surprised to find even the engraved glass in there too as usually anything engraved arrives seperately at a later date. I was vary happy with service and will definitely buy from here again.. (sorry for delay on review I thought it had sent and didn't relaise it hadn't gone through due to connection problems!)”

“I would have rated higher if my gift had been delivered when it should have been. I was disappointed to learn my friend didn't receive it before his birthday and that it was in fact 4 days afterwards.”
