“This was the wrong filter even though you are selling it as if it is. The filter did not fit and it broke my new fridge. I had to call the person put to fix it. Thank goodness it is under warranty. I tried to get on the web site so I could work on getting my money back. I wrote you all an email and I got no response. I wasted 60.00 for the price of 5he filters plus the time I had to take off work so my fridge could get fixed. I am very disappointed and will never purchase from this company again!”

“The OEM Culligan EZ-4 filter restricts water flow to dispenser by the sink, at least this has been my previous experience, but this one is discharging much more flow from filtering, which suggests to me that it isnβt quite as effective for filtration. OTOH cost is less than 50% of a Culligan brand so you do get some decent water out of it.”

“These water filters are great. When I ordered the refills the package said it was delivered but it never arrived in my building. After waiting a few days the excellent customer service shipped me a new one using a different delivery method and I got it. I highly recommend this brand.”
