“Their web site was easy to navigate for ordering; the package arrived via us mail in satisfied time and the filter is doing the “job” as good as the O.E.M. filter. Considering the price difference this is a “no brainer” decision to order from EcoLife Water Filter.”

“The filter worked well for a little while but now I cannot get the water dispenser to work. I think the water filter is clogged. I removed the water filter, put in a stopper and the water dispenser worked. Can you send me another filter?”
