Your mailout took too long - via FedEx went through 5 U.S. states then received products via USPS - 2 months. Then the package looked tampered.

The filters I ordered were not the right ones,I followed pictures and previous orders but these were different. I emailed customer service and was treated rudely. I never opened or broke any seals but they let me know I would not be receiving a full refund. The service rep was rude and nasty.

My refrigerator rejected the filter. I had to put the old one back in to get the refrigerator to allow water back on. I have sent two emails asking for a refund with no response.

We’re sorry to hear of your experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. The filter you expected is RPWFE, but what you actually bought from us is RPWF. The RPWF filter is not equipped with an RFID chip, thus it can not be sensed by your GE refrigerator. Please contact our customer service to refund your money.

Website says 30 day worry free returns, I am being charged 20% restocking fee for unopened RO system and filter. By the way I ordered a new RO and filters smaller one that fits and it doesn’t matter according to customer care. Bad customer experience

False advertising not easy to install plus no fittings included advertised as simple and easy to install yet the list of tools required is extensive. To return charged 15% all because of false misleading advertising. Shame on you Waterdrop.

I paid express shipping fee when I placed order since my home was doing upgrade; but I only received one filter via Fedex and tried to contact customer service many times. Each time I was informed that the machine was delivered but I only received one filter and Waterdrop refused to resend or refund to me For Now, I dont know how to deal with no machine at all but paid Totally Frustrated.

If you did not receive the message, the reason may be that our emails has been marked as junk mail by your mailbox system automatically. Please check your spam.

I had purchased the RO filter for over the counter and it worked great, I decided to purchase 2 filtered water pitchers from their website thinking they would have similar results as my zero water but was sadly disappointed.

I wish I can give a review of the purchase 2 weeks after receiving this survey, but I can only provide a negative review of the shipping as I have yet to receive the item 3 weeks after the order. The shipping process has been a frustrating one, with the item shipped from Chino, CA which is about 30 miles to my location. The Fedex tracking shows the package going from Chino, CA to Florida, back to Chino, then to Bloomington, CA, then handed off to the USPS without tracking information from the Post Office. Estimated delivery has changed twice during that time and has gone back to "Pending" status. Meanwhile, a purchase I made from the United Kingdom 2 weeks later arrived via Fedex shipment yesterday. I don't think I will be selecting this shipping option in any future purchases.

Take one week to just have the product shipped, and take another week to arrive. Almost two weeks after ordered, and still waiting.

When I ordered the filter on September 15, 2021, I chose economy shipping with a delivery time of 4-10 Business Days. That meant the filter would get to me no later than September 29, 2021. Since my Waterdrop RO system had just gone into the "yellow" phase on the 14th of September, I felt I could wait that long to receive it, so I chose the economy shipping option. Now I am being told that it will not arrive until October 5, 2021, at the earliest. If I had know the true delivery estimate, I would have chosen a different shipping option or bought a replacement filter from a different vendor. As inferred above, I still do not have the filter. Very disappointed!

Filter was received with damaged packaging. Was actually hanging out of one end of the box. Obviously mishandled in shipping. Customer service will not replace.

Can't tell you much I'm still waiting for delivery although tracking last week was saying in route then showing delivery and nothing was delivered. Spending 2 hours on the phone calling post office and your company did not made happy. Still waiting for phone call to see what is going on after 10 days waiting. If not received soon I may have no other choice than to cancel my order. Ann loewe . Today is 10 days.
