“The filters I ordered were not the right ones,I followed pictures and previous orders but these were different. I emailed customer service and was treated rudely. I never opened or broke any seals but they let me know I would not be receiving a full refund. The service rep was rude and nasty.”
“My refrigerator rejected the filter. I had to put the old one back in to get the refrigerator to allow water back on. I have sent two emails asking for a refund with no response.”
We’re sorry to hear of your experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. The filter you expected is RPWFE, but what you actually bought from us is RPWF. The RPWF filter is not equipped with an RFID chip, thus it can not be sensed by your GE refrigerator.

The shipping process has been a frustrating one, with the item shipped from Chino, CA which is about 30 miles to my location. The Fedex tracking shows the package going from Chino, CA to Florida, back to Chino, then to Bloomington, CA, then handed off to the USPS without tracking information from the Post Office. Estimated delivery has changed twice during that time and has gone back to "Pending" status. Meanwhile, a purchase I made from the United Kingdom 2 weeks later arrived via Fedex shipment yesterday. I don't think I will be selecting this shipping option in any future purchases.”
“When I ordered the filter on September 15, 2021, I chose economy shipping with a delivery time of 4-10 Business Days. That meant the filter would get to me no later than September 29, 2021. Since my Waterdrop RO system had just gone into the "yellow" phase on the 14th of September, I felt I could wait that long to receive it, so I chose the economy shipping option. Now I am being told that it will not arrive until October 5, 2021, at the earliest. If I had know the true delivery estimate, I would have chosen a different shipping option or bought a replacement filter from a different vendor. As inferred above, I still do not have the filter. Very disappointed!”
“Filter was received with damaged packaging. Was actually hanging out of one end of the box. Obviously mishandled in shipping. Customer service will not replace.”
