“Did not come with male quick-connect adapter to plug into the water faucet. Appears to be impossible to install without the same male connector part (already on one side of each hose) installed on both sides of the output hose (this needs to be on both sides of the output hose, or at least come as an attachable adapter to be screwed onto the output hose). If it had this male quick-connect part, it could be installed by simply inserting that connector part into the quick-connect receiver on the water faucet, but without it, it seems like a useless filter since there are no separately sold male quick connection adapter parts readily for sale anywhere. I'm shocked how difficult/impossible this water filter is to install at home given how expensive it is and that it seemed to be marketed for at-home use. Maybe it is only for specialized industrial applications, and not for at-home use. Below is a link to the water faucet I am trying to connect it to. This faucet worked great with the Filtrete filter system. “I emailed Waterdrop...twice...with a problem I had trying to install their water filter....the short story is that the 1st filter installed easily....the 2nd filter that I purchased at the same time as the 1st filter...would not twist into place.. (I reinstalled the 1st filter...until I could purchase another replacement.)...the 3rd filter would...also...not twist into place....even when using a plumbing silicon lubricant...the company never responded to my request for assistance..or..a refund”

“I purchased this system for $500. it was installed beginning of April and the R.O faucet is already dripping. Pieces to install although easy to install they are cheap. Purchased an additional mineral filter to add to the system and they don't even include clips to lock the tubing into place. They probably cost less than a penny a piece why not include them. I do not recommend this system!”

“Very disappointed with product and service! It does last 5x longer than other products. I need to change the filter every 3 weeks and we only filter about 20 gallons a week. Ordered replacement filters over 10 days ago and they still have not shipped. Customer service has not explained why or helped resolved the issue, just said tp be patient and wait another 7 days or so. Would not recommend.”
