We are enjoying the filter, the only thing is the numbers are not as low as we hoped. Have to run the water for 30 seconds or so before getting down to a decent level. Water tastes good though.

Dear Felica, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us! The higher TDS of the initial water flow when turning on the faucet is a natural phenomenon taking place in all RO systems. The filter seems to work well, and the water tastes good. The instructions were fairly clear and installation was relatively quick and easy. (Not the 3 minutes as advertised, but straightforward.) Giving it 4 stars because our setup happened to need a different adapter than what was provided in the kit, but we live in a very old building. Overall, I am happy with our purchase and would buy again.

I like the fact that it doesn’t take too much room under my sink and the filters are easy to replace. I wish the water pressure was better as it comes out slow.

I really like the Warerdrop system…more so than any water treatment system! Also, their customer service and ease of service for replacing filters is wonderful!

Water is great, but it's super slow waiting for the TDS to drop below 50 and require a lot of waste

Ordering my water filtration kit was easy. The price was reasonable too. WaterDrop quickly delivered my King Tank and it was exactly as described. I did have a problem with one of the parts but customer service resolved the problem on Easter weekend. The replacement part arrived on Monday. I have already recommended WaterDrop.

Had the WD-D6 under sink Filter for one year My first filter unit purchase from Amazon was returned because the box was not sealed completely or properly. My second purchase was direct from Waterdrop, not that it mattered because it was sent through Amazon. The original filter produced water 12 to 15ppm TDS. The new replacement filter 6 to 10ppm TDS. Down from city water 240 to 280ppm. This does result in reduce water flow rate and requires a longer time to fill a bottle. Not sure what the difference is between the GE filters, maybe normal variation in the osmosis filter pore size. I explained the packing issue to Waterdrop CSR a few times now. Please safety seal all your packages so the customer can verify it’s a new product. Used products maybe being recycled by Amazon, based on open packaging evidence.

So far the experience is positive, I just hope that when the time comes to replace the filters you will find them as easy as now. The filters work very well, the water is very healthy.

We are very pleased with our Waterdrop filter. The only thing that causes us to rate it 4 out of 5, is that the water flow is slower than our old filter provided.

I have had the system for about a month now. What I like: Space saver in the under the sink cabinet, the unit itself is not pricey and there is a small discount available as well, not so expensive filters, easy to replace filters, no tank. What I don't like is that it needs power. Had to pay xtra $$ to get continuous power. I am also not sure about the taste of the water. There is a certain plasticky taste in the water. Don't know if it is due to the filter material and whether it will improve with time. The taste may be my biggest gripe Maybe the company can answer this.

I have the G3. So far happy with unit. Independent test show the TDS is less than 10 and the bacteria test also show negative results. I am using it on a well system with a pre filter set up. Unit was simple to install. I would give it 5 stars, however it is not clear if you need to disassemble filters if you are on vacation more then a week. The unit says it has a vacation mode, but instructions don’t really cover the detail behind vacation mode.

We are very happy with the new Waterdrop RO system. Takes up less space and the water tastes great. It is a little slower filling up my just of water and probably the most inconvenient part is that it has to be plugged in so now we can't have our garbage disposal plugged into the same outlet. We have tried 2 different on-off switches to work the disposal but they have both gone out after a couple of weeks of using it. Still working on a new solution for that but the water is great!
