“I bought the pitcher filter. It worked great until I bought replacement filters on amazon... 2 of the 3 lasted only a day, when I contacted the company they sent replacements. My next order was from their website not amazon. So far so good. I recommend this pitcher over other pitcher filters because it filters out arsenic, which I found our tap water has at https://www.ewg.org/tapwater/”
“Came with everything I needed to install. Only electrical work was needed as I didn't have a power outlet under my sink(I don'tknowanyonewhowould). I am yet to see how long the filters last. So far, it's working great.”

Because reverse osmosis filtration is a complex process, it takes a while for the water to be filtered out at the beginning. Now that we have a solution to this problem, we can install another pressure Tank.

“Product is very quiet when called upon. I like that it produces levels of clean water on demand. Like others have said, the amount of impurities removed by this device varies . When first called upon, the device let's through 4 times the amount of impurities. As you continue to run it, the amount of impurities removed from the water is almost complete. I have measured this several times & know this to be true. The water over all taste good and would buy this filter again.”
“Everything was great, except my pitcher handle cracked when hit by the refrigerator door, I tried glueing it but it didn’t work, I ordered a different pitcher which works good, but can’t fix the big one”

“Samsung filter #DA29 was extremely difficult to install. Turning the filter to attach the second step to go into the refrigerator was way harder then necessary. Thought I was going to break the filter attachment in the refrigerator before the filter was seated. Once in It performs well. The water tastes as good if not better than bottled water.I have used your filters for a few years now and never had this much trouble changing the filter.”
