“Since we needed new water valves and faucet we had a plumber install. Seems pretty straight forward for changing filters but Iam a little concerned about the remineeralization filter when it comes time to change it. Also need to find out how often that hsould happen. Otherwise water tastes great functions well and Iam delighted to have this new product!”
“I like the N1 unit but it has some issues. First the first unit we received was defective. Waterdrop agreed to replace it of course but it was a slow back and forth and a bit frustrating. We are very happy with the new one except the flow of water is quite slow and the tank is a bit of a pain to clean. It’s been a week a d a half and if really needs to be cleaned weekly. Overall worth the money but would choose the under sink unit if we had the option.”

“It appears to be working as expected. I have not conducted a water sample test to determine if it is really working but I suspect it is. I wish that they would publish what the micron filtration level is for the G2CF filter. I have a whole house filter ahead of it that filters down to 5 microns so I suspect the G2CF is doing very little work, if at all. I might move the schedule to every two years for that filter. I wish that they developed a process to backwash the membrane after a certain amount of water has passed through it.”
“Like the looks of the unit, like the water it produces, but it is very slow compared to a tank unit. After replacing the first filter it has become even slower, taking severl seconds to even begin dispensing water.”

“This was my first time ordering anything from Waterdrop. I bought two pitchers with water filters. The ordering process was easy enough. The pitchers are easy to handle. The water tastes off to me. Bottom line, I don't care for the taste. I've had better tasting water with other brands. To be fair I haven't talked with a customer service representative about this so I may be writing this review too soon. I gave four stars because the pitchers are easy to handle, I like the color, and I did ask customer service for a price match while waiting for my pitchers to be delivered and they replied right away that they would be happy to. I liked that experience with the customer service department. I'm not unhappy with the company since this was my only experience with Waterdrop and the poor taste of the water may be a fluke. I'm just not happy with my purchase.”

“Easy to install. Water tastes good, but maybe not as good as my old RO system with an alkaline remineralization filter. I like having the UV purifier at the end as peace of mind and RO systems can get bacteria problems over years of use (as with my last system). I'm reducing the rating by one star because warranty registration fails every time with "No Corresponding Order No.".”
“The only thing that l think Waterdrop should do is send out coupons for 20% or more off the filters directly from Waterdrop that way they would keep your business. They are a little pricey. Other than that think they have a great product.”
“The faucet runs a crazy amount of filtered water. The water has a very good, pure taste but is turbid. I really like it because I now use it for my coffeemaker, to cook with, and for drinking water for 4 adult German Shepherds.”
“It took 3 different vigorous shakings to get the filter materials loose enough for the water to flow through! Question - is the blue light on top supposed to remain lit or just turn on and then off? I pressed it as instructed and it went on - but then turned off right away. The water tastes fine but the pitcher is extremely heavy - a real shocker!”

The blue light on the top can sense gravity, and it is only lit when there is water flowing. Please press it if you want to check. The light will remain lit as long as you use it when the filter beyond its serve span.
“Waterdrop does a good job of putting together a kit and putting together directions to aid in self installations. YouTube videos are also very helpful. Tubing length and retaining clips were a bit stingy in my opinion.
Hard to say if this company will be in business for very long so I bought a couple of years' worth of filters.”
“The correct water filter, for half the price, came in 1 week instead of the 3 weeks expected. We are still trying to get it installed as it pushes back out before we can lock it in place. I think we need to turn off the water, which is behind the fridge. Son coming today to help.”

“I love the pitcher so that is good. my only issue was with slow customer service and ship times. I live one state away from where the item was being shipped from.. Once fed ex actually got the package they got it to me in one day... The problem was your staff at your warehouse didnt tender the package to fedex for like 4 days.
