The hand-held portable water filter unit with carrying cover is lovely, but seriously, we cannot get the top to come off. We have both worked in construction for years and one of us has an engineering degree, so we aren't mechanically challenged! I am wondering if it got overheated in transit and somehow welded together? We have given up trying to open it for the time being! If not for this issue, we would have given 5 stars in the rating!”
“The filtration system is working very well. The water taste good and installing the system was simple enough. The only problem we're having is that the outlet under the sink does not work with the filtration system's power adapter. The outlet works for my garbage disposal but when I plug in our Waterdrop power adapter, the machine will not turn on. The machine only works when I use an outlet in another part of the kitchen which is odd. Either I call in an electrician or maybe the Waterdrop company.”
“Very easy to install. I love the stainless still filtration system, but the spout is too high. In my opinion it should be lower to the sink, so the water won't splash everywhere.”
“I haven't actually used the filters yet, but the white ones that remove the floride had a sound of something shaking in them which concerns me a bit, as the ones I bought from Berkey did not have that sound.”
“I replaced old RO system with Waterdrop. Since I had the system already, installation was easy. If I did not make a mistake, it should have been done in 1.5 hours. But I do not think it can be done in 30 minutes unless you are a plumber. It says waste of water will be dramatically reduced. I hope to see slight decrease in water usage. Overall, I like the system as clean water comes out consistently. One thing I do not like is when you stop the water, I hear a knocking sound. I hope it is normal and will not affect this system.”

“The GOOD: The kit has everything you need. The quality is excellent. It IS relatively easy to install. BUT
The instructions can be improved. They assume even minor knowledge, which isn't necessary to have in order to install the filter if only it were explained a bit more carefully. The Scannable QR codes on the box that would lead to help, etc. did not work. (broken links) I tried several different scanning apps. I'm a physician with basically minimal to no experience with plumbing (years ago I replaced a faucet.) . I watched a video (someone else's was more detailed than your company's) and managed. Also, if the figures were enlarged and showed more detail that too would be helpful. If you don't want to include that in the package. A very detailed description could be posted on your website. I did search there first but didn't find one.”
“Works fine. I first bought the Waterdrop system at the Walmart website. When feeling that it's time to change the filter I couldn't easily find replacement filters on the Walmart website or anywhere. I would like to recommend when selling the system on other websites to advise the seller to add a direct connection or link to get the filters.

“INSTANT and PALPABLE improvement in our drinking water's taste and clarity. Absolutely would recommend this product, especially if you live somewhere like Los Angeles where the tap water, while safe, is kinda gross and extremely dependent on the pipes in the building you're in. Only downsides are that, while it's not enormous, it's big enough to be a bit of an impediment in our small apartment sink, and the installation instructions were definitely lacking in clarity (i.e. fixture parts that are labeled in the instruction booklet aren't labeled on themselves or anywhere on the packaging, so it's tricky to figure out where to start). All in all, well worth the price.”
