“I am very pleased with my order items. I had to contact Whittingtons due to my order still not arriving after two weeks, they quickly sent my order out again on next day delivery with a few extra items that I had not ordered. Excellent service, shame about Evri not delivering my original order.”

“Pretty disgusted really. I placed an order in December to arrive for new year. I knew i was cutting it fine so i called them first, ordered only what was in stock and they said they could do it. They neglected to mention that the warehouse was closed down from 21st Dec to 2nd Jan, so no orders were ever going to be processed during that time. They were never going to arrive on time right from that call. All that stress for a few quid. Ive ordered from somewhere else now, £9.90 express overnight delivery and they’ll still be late, what a mess.”

“Excellent delivery service. But the cones were just fantastic. Beautiful sized, well wired and excellent value for money. I had been looking for decent sized cones and wired everywhere but unable to find them. Perfect in every way.”

“I’ve always used your products but was disappointed 5 of the wreath rings are broken on joints . 2 fixable with wire. I don’t think this is a you issue more a packaging issue so sorry to drop you a star . Otherwise great products and fast informed delivery”

“The shop and staff are excellent. However, the provision available for ordering online needs updating. The whole process of ordering, paying, waiting for confirmation, waiting for tracking information and delivery information was difficult, slow and definitely not user friendly. Thankfully my online order did arrive, just three weeks later than expected and without any paperwork for the shop staff. Phew!”
