“I would like to start off saying, I was very sceptical, and had been looking at these mattresses for a very long time with lots of umming and ahing on whether to try it and is it any good and are the reviews real etc. Anyway I eventually took the plunge and what sealed the deal for me, over other's in this type of mattress category, was the philosophy behind the Winkl brand. Kiwi owned, doing good, sponsoring a kiwi bird, and the trial period and where the mattresses go if you choose not to keep it after the trial period. All of this made my mind up for me. So I now have my mattress and I can happily say it is all real. The reviews are real and so on. I am so thrilled with my mattress, it is super comfortable, and sits in that great happy medium like Goldilocks, not too soft, not too firm, just right! I also am sleeping at a much more comfortable temperature as well (I was so hot every night with my last mattress). But to top all of that off, I now have no partner disturbance which was a big issue previously for me. I can sleep and not even notice his movements at all. Overall I am one very happy customer, thank you. Big thumbs up from us...”

“I have worked in Customer Services for over 25 years and honestly the service I received for my Winkl mattress and then the upgrade to the Lux matttress was amazing. Genevieve was so easy to deal with and she answered all my questions promptly. The upgrade of my mattress was the easiest ever, all completed within a couple of days from pickup and drop off of the new mattress. Couldn't fault whatsoever”

“I finally bought the Lux Queen mattress and ordered this at 8am & by 3pm the same day my mattress was delivered. The service has been incredibly impressive especially as I was expecting delivery to take 2-3 days in Auckland as per the site. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’m rather fussy with mattresses and was nervous I was making a mistake especially because I could not test it first. I did a lot of research especially reading all the reviews on different options. The reviews about this mattress are accurate! I usually wake up at 5:30 each morning and struggle to fall asleep and most mornings would wake up feeling stiff with my back aching! Generally I can’t wait to get out of bed just because I’m so uncomfortable. This week has seen a complete difference! The last few nights I’ve slept dead to the world and have slept in past 7am. I’m feeling much more rested and I’ve had no back pain. The day after getting the mattress I bought the pillows from Winkl and this made an even bigger difference to my sleep. I also can’t feel when my husband moves - no disturbance which is great but for the first time I feel I’ve found the perfect mattress and best of all it didn’t drain my bank account! Don’t hesitate you won’t regret it!”
