“I'm sold. This has been the mattress I've dreamed of. And I'm now convinced the Mattress/bed store industry is a big pile of BS. I've had 5 mattresses in 10 years all very expensive. I was convinced I needed all the technology, yet sleep and pain got worse. Now back to this simple Winkl and I'm already sleeping better. Im a side sleeper and the pain in my shoulder and hip gone. Also ordered and received on the same day. What amazing service.”

“Overall great service from Winkl. Our shipment took a while longer to arrive than planned, but we found out that this was Mainfreight's issue. They held the mattress in Auckland for a week for no reason, which was disappointing. My husband has been in touch with Winkl and they sent us a lovely bar of chocolate with apologies.”

“Amazing company, service, support and most of all product. Literally the best bed I've slept on, I was so impressed I upgraded to the Lux which arrived promptly today, and they collect my old mattress for free. Unheard of in todays marketplace. Winkl has me as a customer for life.”

“Very happy with my new mattress from Winkl: easy ordering system and receiving my mattress the same morning I placed the order! No need to sleep-in the mattress to make it softer to sleep on - it was super-comfortable from the first night. Fun extras buying from Winkl: the arrival of the mattress in a box with small wheels so it was easy to get the mattress down corridors to the bedroom, and to watch it expand to full size like a bread baking in the oven! Also such a nice touch that one adopts a Kiwi when one buys a mattress, and the assurance that one can return the mattress if it's not a good fit, and 120 days to boot - bravo, the only mattress company willing to do so! Other members in our family are also going to place their orders: no more spending days in mattress shops trying out beds and getting confused with all the silly extras inside those mattresses. I wish I knew years ago I only needed to place a Winkl mattress order from my computer - thank you guys for a great service.”

“Thanks Winkl. Has the 3 months trial gone by already? Wow! Easy ordering, quick delivery and great communication! The mattress was easily unpacked with all requirements for this in it's own little bag. The mattress is snug, supportive and very comfortable.”

“We returned "another brand" of box mattress as it felt horrible - weird feeling, too hard, etc - and replaced it with a winkl. Worlds apart; firmness is just right (for us), totally comfortable, no horrible spring noise/feeling, supporting a NZ company (not to mention donation towards Kiwi conservation), and at a great price. Would do it again in a heart beat.”

“The Winkl lux mattress is amazing! Never slept so well & from the very first night. My back was well supported, no more sore back or aching joints, tossing & turning. Loved it so much we got the pillows & then have bought 6 more mattresses so all our beds are Winkl, worth every penny!”

“I love my Winkl. I don't want to get out of bed because it's so comfy. My hip isn't sore when I sleep on my side. My knee doesn't have pain in the middle of the night. I have never had a mattress that just fits me perfectly. Not too hard, not too soft. I'm in love, and it's name is Winkl.”
