“Absolutely top quality customer service every time. Genevieve was superb to deal with, especially as we ordered and paid for a bed base, only to find it would be delayed by a month. We asked for and received a refund, no worries! Subsequently the base arrived two months later.”

“I bought the mattress for my Down Syndrome daughter. She was constantly complaining about hip pain when she woke up in the morning but since we've had the mattress she has woken pain free. She saved to get the mattress and she hasn't looked back. We're now working on getting me a new mattress.”

“Great experience from start to finish, easy to order and great communication with each step before delivery. Got the mattress in 3 days and have loved it ever since. Very good quality and great upgrade to a old bed...just gave it another 10 years and feels like we now sleep in a $4000 bed which only cost us $1500.”

“Very happy with my purchase. I don't toss and turn like I used to. The bed is not destroyed in the morning anymore and the bonus sleep mask was a lovely touch.....great for night shift. Highly recommend to all.”

“The winkl mattress was not for me but I want to give a positive review of the company. I found the mattress just not quite firm enough, as I like an extremely firm mattress. The service from winkl was absolutely excellent. The terms and conditions were easy to understand, the mattress arrived quickly and the "return" process went so smoothly. I definitely recommend trying the winkl, it is a nice mattress and probably comfortable for most people. I would have kept mine if I had room for a guest bed.”
