“Honestly I have had a fantastic experience with Xcoins.com and recommend them whenever the subject of digital currency arises. It would be great if they had an app for more reliable delivery of notifications as I am often distracted or miss email notifications, and it would expedite response to any subsequent calls for action (ie. confirmation of wallet address, verification of multiple purchases /duplicate transactions, requests for more information etc.). But it is ultimately blazing fast transaction confirmations and prompt, courteous, highly-effective customer service that has galvanized Xcoins.com as my primary choice for the purchase and sale of bitcoin.”

“I’d give it 4/5 stars. So far customer service has been excellent. Only real criticism is ease of use - seems like every time I buy bitcoin I have to sign a document electronically. Often I’ll get emails asking me if I had duplicate orders - which I appreciate but I specifically mentioned I’d like to bypass these emails and I still get them. I understand it’s for security purposes and has good intentions, but it’s just not smooth/quick like other apps I’ve used. Still going to use Xcoins though”

“As Xcoins, I want you to provide service to Turkish customers in Turkish, because Turkish customers in general cannot speak English and have trouble explaining their problem.We often have problems buying crypto with Turkish lira method because you need to expand the payment processor network further and you need to activate a payment processor that supports Turkish lira I can't pay with your active payment transactions and I can't buy crypto, this is a very sad situation, unfortunately, good work”
